I used property health to check for asbestos in popcorn ceiling before removing it. I left a message for Frank on a Saturday after business hours and he called back right away. We scheduled the test for Monday morning and Jeronimo arrived exactly on time and was very efficient and professional. The report was very thorough and the entire process went smoothly. I would give this company 10 stars if I could. First off, I just called Frank the owner yesterday. He is very personable and explained everything to me. Today I met Jeronimo at my rental property and I already have the results of the testing. Thankfully no asbestos or lead. But it gets better! The reason the testing was being performed is because of a leaking toilet in the upstairs bathroom. The tenants were not aware of the leak until significant water damage had already occured. I hired Frank @ PropertyHealth to do some final testing on tile containing lead . So I thought . I was communicating with Frank on a very regular basis as I knew nothing about this situation and needed plenty of guidance. Frank & his team at property health are stellar. I was luck enough to be introduced to him from a referral. Im a realtor and needed a second opinion on a moisture issue we had in my clients home that they were in escrow on. Frank showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, actually recommended minor repairs to be done and insured us the "asbestos" issue was a non issue. Jeronimo responded to my inquiry and was at my property in Eagle Rock the same day to do a comprehensive lead/asbestos analysis. When all testing was done, Frank himself called to make sure I was happy and answered all my questions.

My unscrupulous landlord continues to do everything possible to avoid resolving the habitability issue which caused concern that they ignored protecting me in additional ways during my tenancy.

Frank and Property Health did a wonderful job testing our youth center at our church facility. We had a mold problem that needed testing and certified to ensure we were safe to operate again. Property Health tested before and after the cleanup so we were clear on what our issues were.

We needed to get some work done on our floors at our 3k sf gym facility, and realized we needed to test for asbestos before removing any adhesive or tile. We were in a mad rush to get this all done before the holidays were over, so I contacted Frank on WEDNESDAY NIGHT before Thanksgiving, expecting a reply the next week at the earliest. He responded THAT EVENING, and we actually booked an appointment the morning immediately after Thanksgiving. It's not so
