Hi! I'm Margaret, and I'm passionate about helping you be the best version of yourself. My own struggles with health and wellness created a desire in me to help people look deeper at life's challenges, to find the why and then the how, to overcome. Life is a series of moments and while we can't change the things that happen TO us, we most certainly can change how we choose to see those events and how we will move forward as a result.
Is this right for me? What kind of clients do you work with? You want a better relationship with food and body and are ready and willing to change behaviors in your life to have it! You aren't looking for a quick fix. You understand that lasting change does not happen overnight and the real value is in slow incremental change - the kind that truly becomes a part of your life.
Most of the women who work with me share that they feel they've tried everything to lose weight and heal their relationship with food. During this program, you will learn what drives your food decisions and behaviors and I will give you the tools to eat more mindfully and take back your eating decisions.
Let's Get Started: Your first step is to schedule a comprehensive personal wellness assessment. In this 50 minute session we will discuss the areas of your life you want to improve and any particular goals you have already identified. Based on this, I will propose a customized plan containing all of the action items and ongoing support elements you will need to reach your desired outcomes.
Why is it so hard to lose weight? Why have I failed in my countless attempts at different diets and weight loss programs? Is calorie counting the only way to manage my weight? Will I ever find freedom from the ups and downs in my weight struggle? If these are the questions that you are asking yourself, I want to meet with you.

My experience in Margaret's Destination Nourished Program has been filled with life changing benefits. This is not a weigh loss program, this is a program that will flip everything you ever thought you knew about your relationship with food, dieting, body and emotional eating upside down. It has been an intense program and does require solid commitment. This is the single most important thing I have ever invested in for me, in my life. Joyce Meyer once said that patience is not the ability to wait, but the ability to keep a good attitude while waiting, and Margaret truly embodies this statement in her graciousness through work as a nutritional therapist. She is a wonderful teacher and guide who is honest in her evaluations which was overwhelmingly helpful for me.
