My name is Boyd Byerly, and I have been in the San Antonio mortgage industry since 1999. My experience as a Realtor brings additional value to my mortgage clients, as I have in depth understanding of all sides of a real estate transaction. I entered the mortgage industry in 1999, and opened Accredited Mortgage Services in October of 2001.

Boyd and Ann did a great job in getting our VA mortgage set up and kept us informed every step of the way. You can tell Boyd is very good in dealing with the VA as we got all documents and an approved loan much quicker than expected.
Ann kept us up to speed on the "items" that usually slow down loan approval and there were no glitches along the way. Can't say enough about their professionalism in getting things done!!!!

I couldn't ask for a better guide through the refi process. Boyd and his team got us a great rate & terms; they picked up the phone on the first ring every time; and they answered all our (many!) questions honestly. We're going with Accredited next time, and I highly recommend them.

The speed, prompt response and caring that you all performed, is incredible. Very knowledgeable and helped guide my wife and I through the process. The process was quick. About 45 days from opening our file to closing!
We lowered our interest rate, took time off our loan, able to pay other high interest rate loans off, perform home improvements, and the list goes on and on. All of this and our monthly only went up a few hundred dollars. INCREDIBLE!

Accredited Mortgage Services is truly phenomenal. I put off refinancing for such a long time; and, when I bit the bullet, they came in and made the process seamless. Boyd and Ann really know what they are doing. They are hands down a "DYNAMIC DUO"! The requests for documentation were not overwhelming (unlike what I had been told by so many in the past), and they guided me every step of the way. Their wisdom offered along the way was reassuring. We were inundated with offers to refinance our home. What made Accredited Mortgage stand out was it is owned and operated by a Military Veteran. Being a veteran myself I found a comfort dealing with a fellow vet. I was not wrong. Boyd was "on it'. I am totally satisfied with the refinance of my VA Loan with Accredited Mortgage Services. The refinance process took approximately 3 weeks to close the deal.
