Services
Permanent Cosmetics are a progressive process and most clients require two visits, the second within 6-8 weeks after the initial application. Prices include initial procedure and touch-up procedure (if needed) 6-8 weeks later. For all services a $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date.

Lynne was incredible, completed amazing work, was super knowledgeable and just fun gal to spend time with! She has such a gentle touch and she is so much fun to chat with during the experience!

Lynne is an absolute expert and professional in her field. She’s a perfectionist and extremely detailed to get the most gorgeous result! She spent so much time on my non existent eyebrows to give me beautiful perfect brows! It’s been 2 years now and my eyebrows still look really great. I will be getting a touch up this year which was longer than I thought it would be for maintenance, I’m quite pleased with how long they’ve lasted. I chose to make an appointment with Lynne after reading her reviews on Yelp. I had considered another company for a few weeks but reviewers had mixed experiences based on which stylist they got. At LUXE it’s only Lynne and she isn’t pumping out clients, so she’s really available to work with you and spend the whole time focus on your needs, not the next appointment.
As someone with no beauty routine, but missing half an eye brow, I was always self conscious but never skilled enough to cover up my brows. When the powder brows became a thing I knew I had found my solution.

I was browsing Yelp for someone to tattoo my brows and happily stumbled across Lynne. She is precise in her craft and takes the time to get it just perfect. Her studio is sparkling clean, and she is such a warm and caring person. She gives detailed after care instructions which I really appreciate, getting the best results!

I am thrilled with my new eyebrows and eyeliner by Lynne at Luxe Beauty Ink! I decided that I wanted to pursue permanent make-up and started researching artists in the PDX area. I found Lynne and thoroughly stalked her website, FB, and IG accounts. Lynne has to be the warmest and kindest person i have met in a very long time! Lynne redid my eyeliner after someone else had messed it up and after 2 visits with her my eyes look great! Lynne is a real talent when it comes to design and placement of eyebrows. She takes her time to ensure complete perfection! I had my brows microbladed, and then at the re-check appointment, Lynne just wasn't satisfied with the outcome, so she redid them with a beautiful powder brow.
