I draw from evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and also work from a Contemplative Psychotherapy frame utilizing mindfulness and meditation.
Services
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) focused on supporting the mental health and transformation of my clients. I work to address core wounds and instilled beliefs that hold us back from being our most authentic selves. We are often stuck in patterns of thoughts and behaviors that create pain and suffering.
I am a somatic and attachment focused therapist with specialties in addiction, trauma and PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I draw on my training in EMDR, attachment theory, Gestalt therapy and parts work, and Polyvagal theory in order to creatively partner with you in your journey towards health, vitality, and purpose.
I understand that therapy is both an emotional and financial commitment. I work to provide affordable services for my clients and will work with you to find a cost that enables sustainability for our therapeutic work. While I currently do not accept insurance, I can provide receipts that can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement and would be happy to assist in that process.
Psychedelic psychotherapy is a form of therapy in which legal psychedelic medicines are used in session to catalyze and support the therapeutic process. Psychedelic medicines often provide non-ordinary states of consciousness that enable new ways of accessing and approaching internal experiences.

Whether to address specific concerns such as anxiety, depression or trauma, or simply to engage in the process of depth exploration and spiritual growth, psychedelic psychotherapy is an option that enables individuals to deepen their therapeutic work in a safe and supportive environment.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a form of treatment that combines the medicinal and psychedelic benefits of ketamine with the support and guidance of psychotherapy. Ketamine is a legal and safe medicine that provides non-ordinary states of consciousness. This alteration from one's ordinary mind serves to catalyze the therapeutic process and bring forward content and experiences that may prove beneficial for healing.

I’ve worked alongside Craig in therapeutic agencies, academic settings, and as a consultant in my private practice. I have had the opportunity to witness his work firsthand with clients, students, and other therapeutic professionals. He has incredibly skillful conduct and precision in everything he does while maintaining equal warmth and care. Whenever I have an opportunity to work with him, I am grateful. I highly recommend him for psychotherapy services, offering presentations, and professional consultation.

Craig is an excellent therapist! He genuinely meets you where you're at, and has a gift for helping you see and address what's really going on for you under the surface. His non-judgmental presence allows you to truly connect with self-compassion and make meaningful progress towards healing. I couldn't recommend a therapist more highly.
