This past year Tom listed and marketed one of our homes, which resulted in the property being sold within our timeline and price expectation. Throughout the process Tom continually updated us regarding activity and provided expertise as to how the transaction should be handled. Should we ever be in the market for a future real estate sale and/or purchase, we will definitely go through Tom.

Tom has been our family realtor for several years now. When I was a young single woman buying my first house on my own, he ensured I bought a low maintenance home in a safe neighborhood. After I was married and was pregnant with our first child he ensured we found the best home for our growing family in a great family friendly neighborhood. He has been trustworthy, knowledgeable and genuine throughout the past six years I’ve known him as a real estate agent. I would absolutely recommend him to my friends! Most of my family already uses him as their realtor because he’s been so great!

Tom was our realtor recently and I can't say enough about how much he helped find the perfect home for our family. From the very beginning until we signed the papers Tom was there every step of the way.
He always answered our calls promptly and was there for us throughout the whole process. Although there were multiple offers on the same home within a few hours, Tom was there helping us make sure we got the home we wanted. He could tell us every step of the way what to expect next, and what we needed to do next. He kept in great contact with our lender which also made the process seamless for

Tom is a fantastic realtor, plain and simple. But he might be a better person. He’s been our agent through two home purchases and a sale, and we couldn’t be happier. It doesn’t matter if you’re spending $70k or $500k. We’ve been on the low and higher ends of the spectrum and his quality of service has remained constant. He values people, and will treat you like family. Every. Single. Time.

Tom was our seller’s agent. He listed the house as having one extra acre and “didn’t realize” there was over 1 million dollars in back taxes causing several leans on the house. We paid for an invisible acre and his mistakes cost us lots of time and money. By the time we found out, it was too late to turn around. We had locked in a rate on our mortgage and had to pay extra on that because of Tom’s needless mistakes. By the time we were ready to finally close on the house, Tom told the seller that she could take all the time she needed to move out. We had agreed on an extra $200 per day
