Love this place. Was looking for a Bang and Olufsen product in a specific color. I called and luckily they had it. The buying experience from start to finish was phenomenal. The nicest people. Quick and painless purchase. Shipped out same day and arrived within 2-3 days. Very nice presentation on the unboxing. The sound on these are phenomenal. Another great B&O product. Watt Integration did f great job on installing our turntable to the entire system. We bought the house with the system and the Watt technician was very thorough in explaining the system to us and the follow up with the head office worked very well. We are not very technical people and Watt took their time to make sure we fully understood the system.

I have to give Watt Automation an A+! I have worked with many different companies throughout different houses, and I am VERY impressed!! Everyone is so polite, the entire team gets along great. I have been kept up to date on my entire project. They guys arrive when they say they will and when they leave you would never know they were there. They clean up after themselves and they genuinely care about the customer. I did not feel like "just another job". I HIGHLY recommend Watt Integration!!!

Bryan & his entire team are the best! They are always very communication oriented and there’s no question they do the best work for the best price. One thing that sets them apart is once they complete the work they remain available for you with any issues he may potentially have. In my experience, once someone finishes their work and they receive payment it’s typically much harder to get them back over to work on the project they may have installed. This is not the case with Watt Integration, top notch. Highly recommend!!

We have used Watt Integration on several homes. Watt (Bryan and team) are extremely competent, highly professional, sensible, and reasonably priced (compared with the same service level/equipment they've bid against). Besides integrating sound, lighting, shades, and security in our current home, they managed to put together 2 large, complicated suspension light fixtures that my husband, an electrical contractor, wouldn't tackle with his crew. I do not hesitate to give them my highest recommendation.

Bryan showed up at my house with his team on time and on schedule, I was amazed at the work they completed in 1 day, all the guys were very professional and all had great attitudes even though they had to crawl up in the attic with it being 108 outside. The system they installed was a little more expensive than other companies that quoted me but I am 100% happy that I didn't go the cheaper route, this system is top notch.

Brian and his team really focus on representing the B&O brand and providing great customer service experience. We are new to the area and have a bunch of B&O gear that needed to be tied into our new house. They have been really responsive to our needs and help us with two TV installations / integrations so far. I am definitely going back to them when we are ready for the BeoVision Harmony upgrade.

I am a big B&O guy and I have some B&O gear. but today I went into the store with a hail mary ask. I bought some BeoPlay E8's online a few months ago. The spring-loaded case broke, although I was able to find the spring. Although this is not a service facility I wondered if they might help me fix the case to my E8's despite not having purchased them there. I was fully expecting them to laugh me out of the store.

Brian and his team are really impressive. I have a some great B&O gear and they have been super responsive and helpful with tech service and overall knowledge of the brand-they do the brand justice! I just had them install 2 A1E Sony OLED's as well as getting my existing in ceiling speakers activated with Sonos-integrated with my Beolab 20's. All star team and total perfectionists. Great looking store as well, have to check them out.
