Most of my contact with Automated Environments was with Jason. Jason was excellent in communicating with me about my project from my initial call, scheduling the work, and even followed up with me well after hours on a Friday when the project was completed to ensure I was satisfied with the work that was done. Pat and the team who completed the work were professional and completed a very clean installation of my equipment. I own a business with multiple employees and I can say Jason, Pat and Automated Environments have customer service and professional installation nailed down!

These guys are fantastic. I gave them my budget, explained what was top priority to me, and then they patiently educated me about my options. Invoice was clear and detailed. Install was clean and professional. Completely transformed our family room. The video and sound couldn’t be better. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough.
Edit, 48 hours after install: I've had the opportunity to watch some new movies and some old favorites. THIS NEW SYSTEM IS AMAZING AND MY ONLY REGRET IS THAT I DIDN'T DO THIS A YEAR AGO!

Can’t say enough “good things” about this company! I live on the east coast worked through all aspects of the process, sales, installation and payment remotely. It went flawlessly! Installation was perfect and CLEAN! The payment process was exactly what they said it would be with NO surprises! Lastly, they sold me what I needed to make the total system work perfectly with my budget in mind!

I highly recommend Automated Environments!! I was having problems with my Control 4 remote on a Sunday which also happened to be St. Patrick's Day. I was looking at their website when one of their representatives named Jason contacted me by chat.
I explained the problem I was having to Jason and he informed me a Service Technician would be calling me soon. Their company didn't install my system but he was still very helpful and within about 20 minutes their Service Tech named Kevin called me.
Kevin asked me some questions and then remotely connected to my system. He not only fixed the problem

We had a Control4 system installed by another vendor from Scottsdale earlier this year and when we experienced a problem with the remote control, after repeated requests for assistance resulted in no response, we contacted Automated Environments, Inc. Their online rep quickly relayed our contact information to Jason the company owner who contacted us within less than a half hour. Within minutes he had us up and running like new. We were extremely pleased with his responsiveness and flawless customer service. We are now recommending Automated Environments to all of our neighbors who have had systems

I reached out to Automated Environments when I was totally screwed by one of their competitors time and time again. Kevin came to my house and listened to what I was looking for and gave me an estimate based on his recommendations. Before I had even signed a contract with him, I asked him for some help with pricing on a new Control4 remote control because my kids had done something with my old one. The "competitor" who had installed my initial system, to the tune of over $20,000, told me it was $200....Kevin said, "let me see if I can 'ring' your remote." Sure enough

Finally a HVAC/Control 4 dealer that knows how to problem solve! Brian and Steve have been great. Steve came out here and troubleshot 2 speaker issues that have been going on for years in a matter of minutes! One of my C4 amps was showing a short and he fixed it, which fixed the 2 left speaker problems we were having. Honest, reliable and quick to respond is why we have given them a 5 star review! Will update as we continue to use them.

I was in search of a control 4 company to install my system. I reached out to this company and Jason got back to me immediately. I spoke to Jason numerous of times and I think he is a honest and trustworthy person. The only thing that went bad was with the email communication from his sales person who came to my house. I have no issue with Jason or his company, I just believe that his sales person who came to my house could have communicated better with me in his chose of words via email.

Automated environments installed my system a year and a half ago. Our Cox modem blew up. Things weren't working and we couldn't turn off our lights. At 8:30 at night I called and they have an emergency line where someone walked me through resetting my system. Fantastic service. So glad I went with them
