Mike, the owner, was very thorough during our initial meeting and his drawings of the proposed solution were precisely what we wanted. My decision to use Triad was based on earlier reviews. They were right on. Unlike other companies that provided inflated estimates, including for unnecessary work, Triad does not try to oversell any service and takes a step-by-step approach when dealing with your water problems. They explain what needs to be done in simple terms, provide clear estimates and drawings and carry out quality work. Everyone I interacted with including Justin, Mike and Tracy were also very courteous and respectful. They also showed up on time and were responsive whenever I had a question. We've had mold growing on the cinder block in our basement for years and we struggled with what to do about it - we received different recommendations from different people. After inspecting our home Triad recommended we dig up the yard and seal the exterior wall, and low and behold once we excavated we found a huge crack where water had been seeping through. Originally, Triad was to provide services of installing a new window well and pvc piping to take the water away from the house. After a heavy rain, Triad determined that a french drain and sump pump was needed to fully resolve the problem of water coming into the basement. My newly acquired 10 year old house had a leaky basement. I hired Triad to install a sump pump which required jack hammering a hole in the basement floor, creating a drainage channel, installing a sump basin, and installing an electric pump. Outstanding service!!!!! I got four quotes for my waterproofing job, and Triad was very competitive. They also seemed to offer the best value- The system they install seems superior, and I felt more confident with them than other installers. The guys were in and out, they didn't leave any a mess, and everything went well. The follow-up was terrific. I really feel that Mike, the owner, is exceptionally trustworthy. There were a couple last minute changes, and Mike made the process as smooth as could possibly be expected. He clearly cares about the reputation of his company more than just money.
