Chamberlin-Washington, Inc. was founded in 1898, originally incorporated as ACME Weatherstripping Company, and later to Chamberlin Company of America. The company based their home offices in Detroit, Michigan and had over 100 branches throughout the U.S. In the early years, Chamberlin was a pioneer in the research and development of more efficient weatherstripping in an effort to conserve energy.

Chamberlin-Washington recently excavated down 7 feet in my back yard to expose the foundation wall, patch and seal cracks and holes, and waterproof it. The work crew was diligent and friendly, and what I appreciated most of all was the responsiveness of the entire staff of the company. That means a lot around here when so many firms won’t return your calls, won’t answer questions, won’t show up and so on. I highly recommend Chamberlin-Washington.
