We needed help with a refinancing mortgage and subsidy payoff question. The man was very demeaning and treated me like I was stupid, he even chuckled at me a few times. Their website said they could help with real estate, he actually said he didn't know anything about that. Thank God it was the first free consultation and we didn't have to pay any money.
