The guys at this place are straightforward, matter of fact, polite and professional. Prices were a little high to patch a tire.
Kind of got the feeling that if anything went wrong with what they fixed, I could come back and they would absolutely deal with it professionally.
I didn't have to wait and they even showed me what got stuck in my tire. The humor that was created around it was all so relieving as nobody really likes to have a flat tire and it's such a huge inconvenience during the day.
The waiting area had comfy chairs and the TV was rolling so I was occupied. They even had Outlets

Sub-standard customer service and refused to guarantee his word in writing to pay for interior cleaning of my van when the window was left down in a rain storm. Needed warranty replacement for Cooper tires on my van. Cooper said the closest dealer was Weber Tire. The van was completed on time and the gentleman I dealt with was great. Don't go here looking for customer service.
I walked into the shop to inquire about buying some new tires. The guy asks me what size I need. I tell him i'm not sure but give him the make and model of the car. He tells me I need to tell him the tire size and brand I want and they can order them for me they don't keep tires in stock.
Doesn't offer to take a look at the car or look up what the tire size would be and offer suggestions on tires that would work for me. Needless to say I left. $900 tire sale out the door.

I had a great experience buying and installing new tires and would recommend these guys to anyone. Their pricing was more competitive than the dealership service department. Nice staff at Webers. I called needing a punctured tire repaired. Weber said come on down and they had me fixed and driving again in less than an hour. Tried going to NTB first and was told I'd have to leave the car all day. It pays to go to a locally owned business. Better customer service at very reasonable price.

Was originally going to give them 5 stars. They were informative, the customer reps were pleasant, and they did fast work. I came in looking for a new tire because a pothole took the life of one. I opted to get 4 new tires instead. They told me it had to be ordered and picked up, which would take them till the end of the day for them to complete the job. I asked them to change my oil after being warned by my neighbor who said his car died and it started with his visit to them. I said "yeah but they're so close and they have great yelp reviews"... Quick service from start to finish. I got 2 new tires shipped to the shop in less than 12hours.(my tires are rare) and had them installed in under a hour.

Went in for new tires and alignment on my Cube. Gary took my call and was very helpful in finding the best pricing. I compared pricing to Just Tires, Merchants, and My Tires and Weber's was the lowest total package. They kept their word on schedule and delivered it the very next day. The tires look great for the price, and I test drove them after delivery up to 80mph and had no vibration at all. They did a good job in balancing the tires the first time. They also checked my brakes for free and told me honestly that they were in good shape. I will certainly be returning to them again. Thanks!

Weber's disappoints me once again! Two years ago they botched putting tires on my daughters car, leaving her with a flat the next day. The only reason I went back, against my better judgement was at the request of my husband. We needed a tire patched but then it turned out that it needed to be replaced. They said a match would be in the next morning. I came back noon. No tire. I waited and waited but still no tire. After nearly 2 hours still no tire. They kept telling me he was on the way. I smelled BS and left, still no tire. I've learned my lesson now.

My relationship with Weber tire started on 2/3/18. My truck needed tires and I took my wheels and tires to them for a quote. I personally dismounted the wheels and tires from my truck and borrowed another truck to take them to the shop because they are a aftermarket wheel. Before even ordering anything Randy, the Sales manager, came out and looked at the wheels and said they would have absolutely no problem dismounting the old tires and doing a mount and balance on the new set. I came in for some more serious repairs to my car and was quoted a reasonable price. I came back to get the work done and when I went to pay, the price had increased by almost $1000. The fault was evidently with the person that provided me the quote, but even still that was very jarring. The (I think) owner gave me a reduction in the price, which was kind.
I had asked also during that same visit to have them replace my headlight. I just now noticed about a year later when it burned out that the mechanic ripped the rubber gasket protecting my light from water and dust and never

They used to be good, but not anymore! They have now a sort of marketing guy ( the Latino) who has been jacking up prices and performance on car repairs has gone down.
Brought my car for break pad replacement and alignment charged me almost $500 and alignment still not done properly, plus, end up with a noise on the wheel when driving! Never again!

After checking about a dozen or so places to see about a single tire replacement, I came across Weber, and was impressed with the good reviews that folks had written. I decided to go ahead a give them a call early this morning, and spoke with Edson, who was very helpful in trying to find the tire I needed. (Apparently I have a hard-to-find size).
He assured me they could have it by 2pm, and gave me the exact price of the tire and labor charges (including taxes).
Since I work about 10 minutes away, I was able to go over when I got off, and it was done in less
