Always such a pleasant experience visiting the office. Everyone is always friendly, kind and professional. I had a filling come loose and they squeezed me in super last minute. So thankful for this wonderful office! I also love that my kids and I can both go here. Makes it easier for me to knock out several appointments in one visit. Highly recommend!

Sandhills Pediatrics Dentistry are Top of The Line from the beginning to the end of the Visit. You can not ask for a kinder, caring staff. My Granddaughter who is seven loves to go to the dentist now. My brother-in-law who is handicapped and needed a referral was seen promptly and referred to another establishment who could take care of his problem. I can not say enough good things about our visit. Thank you each and everyone.

This Dental clinic is the best! My 4 year old loves coming here! The staff is very friendly and greet you with all perfect smiles. My baby girl had no problems. They made her feel comfortable and relaxed. The office manager Yuasmine is wonderfully amazing. Her sense of humor is out of this world. When my daughter see her during her visits she runs up and hug her every time and they have a little pep talk session. Keep up the great work guys. What you are doing is amazing and means alot to these children's dental experience!

We had a great experience here! Dr. Dunston and the hygienist were both amazing with my kids. Very personable and informative. The rooms are decorated very kid friendly in various themes (ours was “frozen”) and they were able to watch a tablet fixated above the chair to distract them from the cleaning. They also received hand-made balloon animals after the visit was over, which they loved! They made what could be a stressful experience for small kids a breeze. Would definitely recommend!

My husband had a 4 o clock apt scheduled. He showed up 20 minutes early and the receptionist said he hadn't confirmed the appointment but she would "check with the doctor" to see if they could take him. The appointment was confirmed when we scheduled it AND AGAIN when we used the automated text messaging to respond. She offered to reschedule but we will never return to this joke of a practice. It's a shame. We loved the dentist but the receptionist and scheduling is a disaster.

Was recommended to come here from a co-worker after expressing the need to see a dentist as I am new to the Fayetteville area. It is a little bit of a drive from my house, but it is so worth it as the staff and service are so great and flexible. Walking in the office is very calm and inviting. The receptionist seemed to know everyone's name and greeted them with a smile. My first appointment with Dr. Brooks was great. Him and his hygienist was very gentle, kind, and honest about the health of my teeth. My total bill for a cleaning and fluoride was under $150, which was amazing! If you do not

+ Katie-Ann, hygienist, is generally very friendly.
+ They allowed me to listen to music of my choice during an unpleasant procedure.
CONS:
- Other staff, including dental assistants, are not so friendly.
- I had a cavity filled at this office that still hurts after over one year later.
- They have numerous office policies about appointment confirmation, resulting in me receiving literally four phone calls in one week for my last appointment. Each voice mail was less polite than the last, each chastising me that "verbal confirmation is required
