I've been to this dentist office twice now and haven't been impressed either time. This was the last time I'd go. The receptionists are very nice and cordial. The patient intake process is very easy. The office itself is conveniently located on NC 24/87. I found that both the hygienist and the dentist that saw me were not warm and were impersonal. It felt more like a dental assembly line that a family dental practice. The quality of care itself was satisfactory, but not wow-worthy. I will look elsewhere and would recommend the same given the sheer number of options in the area.

This is the first dentist’s office I’ve been to since moving from out of state and I’m going to stick with this office. I always feel welcome and I always know the cost, if any, up front. I had multiple cavities filled from years of putting off routine cleanings and never felt a thing while they were being worked on. Everyone’s really nice and rather than miss my last appointment I was able to bring my toddler with me so I could still get the cleaning I needed. I won’t be going anywhere else for my dental care.

Very positive experience! My husband left them a voicemail at 9pm Thursday night and they called him back Friday morning at 8am. They were able to get me in that same day at 9am. Everyone in the office was professional, caring and nice. I believe the woman’s name was Amy who was in the room with me during my procedure and I can’t stress enough how amazing she is. She kept me calm and relaxed. I highly recommen!

I've been with Carolina Lakes for about 1 1/2 yrs. and I love this place, I really don't like to go to the dentist, but, at Carolina Lakes they make me feel so comfortable and relax that I'm not scared anymore. They have the most professional staff who are always willing to help you with a smile. And all the Dr. Dentist who worked on my teeth were also very professional, I wouldn't change any of them, Thank you. And to all the ladies at Carolina Lakes great job, excellent job and YOU ALL DESERVE A RAISE!!!!

I went to CLFD today (2-18-21) with an erupted tooth that I wanted pulled.
I may be 45 years old and a 6’ 1” tall 280 pound guy - but I absolutely quake at the idea of going to a dental office. I always put it off until there is zero option left. I have bad teeth and had always associated dental offices with pain before finding CLFD. Now it’s just an ingrained behavior.
I have to say that CLFD has always been an excellent place and they are very good at listening to thepatient. I have never been pressured into a treatment plan against my stated desire of treatment.
