This Black man profiled my Black family, mocking the damages, failing to look into the case and because the case was not a huge win he did nothing. No follow up or follow through. And most importantly, no compassion for the injured
While later a white attorney researched and created a case and won a settlement for the injuries.
Black man you MUST do better and represent Black people. Don't be a puppet and then complain about black people not supporting you.
So sad that the divisiveness has worked in the black community.

Seeing as how fast he called me after settling my case accusing me and my husband of writing a bad review and when I told him I had no knowledge of it he got a bit rude and accusatory. So, he handled my case in about a year and a half. Did not have really any contact with him after the initial meeting to sign papers and tell my story. His receptionists would take my call, take my info, say they would pass along the info then it all died right there. Would never get call backs or anything. I'd call every three or four weeks just to see how things were going, you know get an update. And absolutely

Mr. Ward represented my sister in a case where she was facing jail time. She had a paid lawyer an her outcome was jail. Mr Ward was hired to clean up the previous lawyer's mess on a short notice. My sister received probation no jail time no ankle monitor. Definitely the aggressive lawyer we should have had from the beginning. Don't make the same mistakes we made. Justin did a great job for me. I was charged with a misdemeanor of reckless driving. Justin was able to get this charge reduced down to an infraction which then allowed me the ability to go to traffic school. The whole bad experience was eliminated, with no records to the dmv or my insurance. He was worth every penny, Thank you very much Justin Ward!

We had the worst Experience dealing with Justin. I'm only giving 1 star because you have to. It took him 3 years to handle our case. We were kept out of the loop for most of the case and when we called to get information he acted as though we were bothering him. We had a slip and fall case at a major casino caught on video. It took him 3 years to handle the case and a month and a half after the case was settled we called him to check the status and he said the case was over and gave us a check for $200 dollars.

I just got off the phone with Justin and If there is anything I appreciate, it's that he will take the time to let you know what you need to do next. I've been looking into attorneys and you can't even get one to talk to you without charging $500 an hour. I appreciate it so much when an attorney says, "this is what you need to do, this is what the law says", and then even make a referral to another attorney for something more specific. If it came down to ever needing an attorney, I wouldn't hesitate to hire him.
