I really hope covid and Brandon don’t make this place go downhill but our last visit there was really bad. Bad service, fajitas were mostly onions and a tiny bit of meat, bad service, wrong order, bad service. We were the only ones there, it seems like others feel the same way. They used to be cool, man.

It was my first time dining here. Do not get the steak fajitas! The meat was extra tough. The lunch fajitas come with the meat, veg, rice & beans all on the skillet. So unless you like burnt rice and beans do not order the lunch fajitas. The queso taste like it is made with powder. The Manager never came to ask how everything was but asked the table next to us twice before they even got there food.

Delicious Margaritas, great spicy salsa with chips. The Lynne's Queso is phenomenal. Tacos and enchiladas are delicious and the street corn is off the hook. The staff are allllll friendly and that is another reason I keep coming back. It is great when they have live music or a game on.
I plan to keep trying the different things on the menu.

The brisket tacos were great. But the bar menu needs some work. I get irritated when HH prices exclude wine. There are ok prices on their bar menu and they have “house” and “premium” wine. I heard several people have to ask the prices of each. Their premium was 10.50 a glass and it was a really small pour. Disappointing.

Poor service. The hostess didn't ask me if "this would be ok", when she seated us, she simply said "You're welcome", which seemed really insincere, because if I was really welcome, then she would wait until I said "thank you." You don't just say "You're welcome" as if you have given me something special. That's the wrong attitude to have in the service industry. All she did was lead me to a table, which takes no skill or talent, and her bad attitude immediately made for a lackluster experience.
The waitress was also terrible. She didn't remember the sides, and I felt she had an attitude when she

Advertises vegan options and knew I was vegan, I asked if the street corn was vegan to go with my tacos and was told yes. First brought them out with cheese and sour cream, then again with sour cream. Tortillas covered in grease, corn was a canned corn, mom's chicken seemed canned/old.
Worst of all, our waitress seemed annoyed by our presence. Not sure if she was upset about me asking for clarification about vegan options or if she treats all her customers in such an unpleasant manner. Based on numerous other reviews, it seems that kindness and customer service are not a priority at this

This was my first time with my wife and our dog. The best part of this place is the patio area. Great patio and great live music. The food... well I think most people come here for the margaritas. As I observed many people buying margaritas. My wife and I ordered a guacamole appetizer and fajitas. The guacamole tasted really good. However we felt that it was overpriced based on the size. I ordered combo fajitas. The meat was overcooked and probably the smallest portion I've seen in a long time. If we came here again, we would probably just order appetizers. On a positive note, the host I spoke

I was seated immediately and given a glass of water along with chips and salsa. I waited 10 minutes to see if someone was going to come by and at least take my drink order...nothing. There were plenty of staff members walking around the establishment (including who I presume to be management/owners). More time passes -- By this time I've had enough time to know what I wanted to eat and drink but 15 mins in and still no waiter had come by so I gather my things and left. This was a bad first impression and I don't care to go back.

Food is good. We've come here in the past and had excellent service and really enjoyed it. Today - No!!! We waited a full 15 minutes with two different servers walking by COMPLETELY ignoring us. When we were about to leave a server finally comes over. No personality and just seemed annoyed. No refills, barely attended the table.
We don't ask for much, but seriously, at least acknowledge and be friendly. Terrible service. You can find plenty of other restaurants around with good Tex Mex and much better service.

The food is just fine, but I was very disappointed with the way the owners handled COVID safety. One of the owners was walking around talking to customers without a mask anywhere in sight, while the other owner was greeting guests wearing her mask below her nose. Additionally, the staff doesn't seem to really care about wearing their masks in the kitchen. We could see staff frequently not wearing masks in the back while handling food. Not worth another visit soon!

Good queso and mimosas BUT when the bill came, Lynne came to our table and was unhappy to uphold our bottomless mimosas Sun 11am-2pm order (even though it was on the current version of the restaurant website). Our waiter (G. Cruz) was fabulous and we could not have asked for better!! But Lynne's attitude and her chewing out of our waiter ruined our first experience at Urbano. We expected better, but were sorely mistaken. I don't think we will be coming again, based on this first disappointing show of character. Based on previous reviews, we hoped the owners would be as cool as we had

I really like this place . The food is good , their Ritas are pretty good, their patio is great, and the staff is always friendly . I haven't been inside as I like patio seating better and I only have been here since covid hit so I can't attest to their normal operations but I can only imagine it would be even better.
I recommend giving this place a try .

It was a pleasant surprise when I ordered the Mojo de Ojo. As stated on the menu, I expected a simple shrimp dish sautéed in garlic and lime served with rice and vegetables. What I got is a very scrumptious shrimp dish sautéed in garlic & lime, served with mushrooms, red & green bell peppers, carrots, and cucumbers. In the middle was the rice. The spices topped on the shrimp brought a bit of heat to make the meal even more enjoyable. I just wished the shell from the shrimp tail had been removed.

Urbano offers the usual choices that you'd expect to find on any Tex-mex restaurant menu around, enchiladas, tacos, fajitas, etc. So, what makes them different and special? One answer is drink specials! You can't beat deals like $3 house margaritas and $4 swirls all day on Mondays. They also have happy hour specials throughout the week as well as on Sundays.
What else? The salsa! It's so flavorful and spicy, not too runny. Long after I should have been done eating and bursting at the seams, I couldn't stop myself from having more chips and salsa.
They also offer a variety
