Came across Fenix Auto Parts while looking for a stereo for my '11 MB C300. Bill Colwell was a pleasure to deal with, he sent me the necessary documents to get the transaction done and followed up with updates and tracking number. The product arrived on time and was in excellent condition. The price was the best that I found and the warranty was better than what I could have gotten at the dealer whose price was multiple of what I paid. I highly recommend this business no matter where in the country you are located.

The guys at Go Auto, especially Matt, were polite and professional. Sometimes, as a woman, I feel those in the automotive industry talk down to me or treat me as though I am unintelligent. This was the opposite of what happened with Matt and crew. First I ordered the wrong size replacement spare tire and when I called back a few days later to correct it there was no additional charge. Then I had trouble getting there to pick it up (I am in Mandarin so it would have been a 60 mile round trip) Matt checked with me a couple times and when I expressed a difficulty getting there because I'm
