Certified Master Inspector and owner of Closer Look Inspections, Inc. Keith has worked real estate since 2007. His initial work was buying, rehabbing and flipping homes for investors which laid the foundation for his current focus of home inspections. Keith's business focus shifted in 2014 as he brought years of experience into inspecting homes for others.

They did a very detailed inspection and we had peace of mind knowing exactly what kind of home we were purchasing and were very quick with getting us a copy of the report. Got us in very quickly for the inspection, showed up on time and explained everything they found and what the concerns were with the house and what needed to be done right away and what could wait! Betsy was very genuine and down to Earth over the phone when determining what was needed for the inspection and Jeff was absolutely an A-Class inspector. I've never had a competent, thorough inspector like Jeff until now. I honestly feel like I'm in good hands, especially because all of my personal findings were validated and assured.

I have purchased many homes and had inspection but no one has impressed me as much as this company and Jeff Tretter who did the inspection. Had my professional report with pictures by the close of the day the inspection was done. I would high recommend this company. This I my first house inspection experience. I did not know what to expect. What I got was an extremely detailed report drilling right down to what I would think were small details. It was all there which will help in your house negotiations and insurance quotes. Based on this I would recommend this service. You get what you paid for.

We used Closer Look for regular, 4 point, and wind mitigation inspections and we are thrilled with the detailed report we received! We are purchasing a very old home and were concerned with all the potential issues but Closer Look provided a very detailed, but easy to understand, write-up of all issues and designated them by priority. The online portal to view the report allows you to filter the priority of the issues so you can easily make a list of things to be done. The report also tells you who to contact for each issue (I.e. handyman, electrician etc.). It really made the prospect of fixing

My first experience using Closer Look Inspections, Inc. was perfect from start to finish. I had very little time and I needed a pre-drywall inspection completed. I called their office where the staff was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. They wanted to do everything they could to help. They prepared all the necessary paperwork, explained the process, and got my appointment scheduled in no time at all!
