When I needed help I did very extensive search to find counselor and out of 5 options I have chosen Barbara Drinka. I was in counsling with her for 3 years, twice a week. It was a very good experience and she helped me tremendously. I would definitely recomend her and I am so grateful to her for her help. Thank You Barbara!

I saw Dr. Drinka when I was a troubled 13 year old- over 30 years ago. As a really confused teen with many different counselors Dr Drinka was the ONLY one I trusted and would open up to. The only counselor I felt safe with and that I felt was on my side (without enabling me). I was a messed up teen- but I straightened myself up and have a wonderful life and family now. When I look back on those horribly angry, depressed, self loathing times Dr. Drinka is the one bright spot as far as adults I felt I could talk to that were still my “authority” figures.
