Awesome shop with a sweet cruiser build that was worth the trip to Bend on its own. Shop features the kind of beautiful US made parts and steel that just make you smile. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about wide range of local riding, and chatted amicably while I bothered them wrenching. Gave me info about some frame builders I wasn’t familiar with, and their knowledge had the kind of authentic depth that makes a shop shine beyond the product they carry. T.J. Has been an absolute pleasure to do business with. He is such a nice guy and genuinely cares about his customers. I purchased a bmx bike from him for my son to race. When I first got back into cycling, I was buying and getting my repairs done at another shop. They were a fine shop, but I always felt a bit out of place. Not from any negative experience, but from a general feeling of `take a number` that comes from doing business with a large bike shop.

Traveling through from Asheville, NC. Stopped in on a Friday afternoon and they had my bike fixed and ready to experience the Bend trails in less than an hour! They were super helpful and very knowledgeable, providing me with all the details of what to ask for in terms of part replacement from my bikes manufacturer. I recently purchased several handlebar grips here. The salesperson guided me to grips that were the right price point for what I needed (i.e., not too pricey) and gave me advice on what to use to easily slide them on the handles and make them stick. It looks like they've got lots of other great bike merchandise here, so I'll return the next time I need some bike gear when I'm in Bend!
