Receive a free enlightened meditation cushion set (while supplies last), 10% off retail & special events. Access to the studio during "open hours". Private sessions are 60min and available for individuals, kids, families and couples. Skype sessions are also available. We can even send your favorite teacher to you, contact us for more information regarding in-home bookings.

Enlightened Studios is such a blessing to the community! I was really happy when this place opened and have enjoyed it ever since. The vibe is so welcoming, cozy and fun. It's one of the only places in town for a long distance, that provide such a great space for creative minds to gather. They are so supportive of the artistic community and to add to the cool points of this place, I have heard more talented musicians perform here than I have anywhere else. 5 stars doesn't do it justice in my opinion. I am grateful Enlightened Studios came to my home town and I hope it never leaves! This place is

I have been coming to The Sound Cafe +Enlightened Studios over the past year and it is one of my favorite places in this area! What I love about it is the personal touch of the atmosphere. The owner and staff have always been very polite and make everyone feel welcome and seen! It's a more relaxed and chill environment. You can really enjoy the experience of being there with out the distractions of being too noisy or smoke filled. The variety and diversity of events is unlike anything else I have seen! The food and drinks are excellent as well! It's well worth a visit!

This place is phenomenal. They have given us plenty of play time inside and out, and produced several music videos of some covers and original songs. They are always ready to help and allow us time to even sit in on open mic nights to try out some of our new material. The crowd is awesome, the new decor is upbeat and current, and their options are endless. Keep it going !!

Excellent venue to play, record, chill, have coffee, have a bite to eat and make new friends. Enlightened and the Sound Cafe are a much needed hub in the Ft Walton Beach area Andis vital part of the heartbeat if the area.
They've been a breath of fresh air since they opened!!

The place is very warm and inviting. Lots of events including my favorite when they have metal bands play! You have the venue side connected to the cafe side so, if you don't feel like staying in right in front of the action, you can still hear the bands and sit down and enjoy yourself and have a bite to eat or drink. That's another thing, the food menu isn't huge, but it doesn't need to be. No matter your taste, you could find something you want and it would be delicious. No having to leave the event you're attending or stop hanging out just to go get food. For a night out with friends, or family

Enlightened Studios is absolutely amazing! They are huge supporters of the art community and offer so much support to artists just starting out. Additionally, their food and coffee is phenomenal. The environment is welcoming, family friendly, and relaxing. I got started with my art career with their support and can't stress enough how great this place is for artists!

I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for years now. The owner has always been very open to new ideas and the variety of events that occur here are rare and meaningful. I'm so glad I found a place that brings peace to the community thru the art of expression in all forms. They also have wine so I just go there to unwind and relax. On certain nights they offer open mics too for local artists which is the breeding ground of some great talent in this area. GO!!!
