Farrar Jewelers offers full-service jewelry repair. All of our repair and restoration services are done in our shop and never sent out of the store unless there is a service requested that is beyond our normal expertise.

This unassuming place has expert owners that feel like family. NO pretentiousness, even though they work with all levels of jewelry from very affordable moderate to very expensive high-end. They have a nice couple of cases of resale available as well. There is absolutely NO reason to get price gouged at a fancier looking place!
We have had custom work and repairs done as well as purchased right out of the case and road shows. Always thrilled when the quality, price, and particularly service.

Great experience all around. I went in just to pick their brains and ended up making a purchase after they designed a custom piece, 3D printed a proof to show actual size. This was for a sentimental birthday gift for my mother. I was quite impressed with the level of service and communication not to mention their willingness to work within my time deadline. It was slightly more expensive than I had anticipated BUT it was worth it and mom loved the piece. Would recommend.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Farrar Jewelers! I was searching for the perfect wedding band, and I wanted the Tiffany Embrace style band, but I did not wish to have the diamonds to go all the way around as I wanted a comfort fit. I checked everywhere, and I could not find a five stone that I was close enough to look that style. My friend referred me to Rod, and I had the best experience! They look at photos of what you want then they mock-up designs for you to show what they can custom make. After you approve the designs, they will print the design to create a plastic mold to try

Rodney at Farrar Jewelers is truly outstanding! When it comes to jewelers, I am very specific. I've had a family jeweler for the past 29 years (who made my custom engagement ring and wedding bands), but he recently retired. A few months ago I bent my wedding ring, but put off getting it fixed until I found the right place. (I've had some terrible experiences at the large chains and am embarrassed I ever even went to those places for cleanings!)

Rod Farrar has been our personal jeweler for a long time. He created our amazing platinum wedding rings over 15 years ago. I am so glad we found this place..Farrar Jewelers are so easy to work with...and do such beautiful work. They fashioned a whole new ring out of my mother's wedding ring (which was cracked in several places and not repairable). The result is exactly what I wanted and I could not be happier! They also repaired other rings and brought them back to their original beauty. The prices are fair, the workmanship beautiful and the customer service outstanding. Farrar Jewelers is our new "go-to" jeweler and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Rod also helped me out with a few things, like time frame and making me a video that makes a place like his stand out from a franchise store. It is the personal service that made the entire experience easy and enjoyable.

I entered Farrar Jewelers with a concept and uncertainty of it being possible. My grandmother passed away recently and I was honored by receiving a 5-stone band of hers she wore as a wedding ring. Years ago, after I had my daughter, she put two diamonds in a fashion ring she bought me, which I've worn as a wedding ring. As I do not wear much jewelry, am very very picky with my style but I had a goal to reunite the diamonds she gave me, all in one ring. She wore a size 9, I'm more of a size 4.5. Now you understand the meaning, and the potential challenge. A lot for a little finger.

Amazing!! Rodney is the best jeweler I've ever encountered. I lost one of the three diamonds in my emerald cut ring; the ring had immense sentimental value to me as my daughter had recently passed away from cancer and had helped my husband pick out the ring for our anniversary. I planned on passing it down to her but now will give it to my younger daughter.

Farrar Jewelers ROCKS!!! If you are looking for something CUSTOM made, this is your PLACE!!! My fiancée and I had been to FIVE jewelers to try and get his wedding ring made and the one jeweler who said they could make it came back with a price 30% more than they originally quoted. Farrar gave us the best price, best quality and SUPERB service! They made the ring in a more than timely manner and it was exactly what we wanted. Since then, they've worked on my wedding ring and a watch for us and the service was top notch too!!! We are customers for life!!!

Background: I brought my new engagement ring to another jeweler to resize, and noticed strange marks on it afterwards. They looked like dents (I thought perhaps they were clamp marks from the resizing, though the jeweler told me they don't use clamps.)
