A native of South Africa, Riette graduated from ASU with a degree in Tourism Management and a certificate in Event Planning. I could not book my community clubhouse for the baby shower I was giving. I was scrambling to find a space to rent for 50 - 60 guests that would not devastate my budget. I made a lot of calls & luckily found Warehouse215. It was beautiful, the right size, it has parking on site and the price included food & drink. The staff was fantastic, very responsive and helpful. The event was beautiful. You will be happy you booked this venue for your event here.

I've worked here as part of a catering team - for a wedding. I've worked approx. 300 weddings over 30 years. I think this is the best venue I've ever seen though.
It has a great out door entryway garden where guests can have their ceremony and then a reception prior to dinner.
The main room is really big but doesn't seem overwhelmingly so.
Everyone has been to the typical resort/hotel wedding. This place can offer anything those wedding venues can.

The organization I work for has used this space for multiple business events and it has been nothing but accommodating and amazing! We are so grateful to have the beautiful Warehouse 215 in our backyard and always look forward to hosting our larger meetings there. The venue is perfect for all types of events and the concierge team is quick to answer questions!

Between the stunning and original venue space and Riette's incredible organization and professionalism, there was simply no question that we would pick Warehouse 215 for our wedding.
The space itself is amazing - exposed brick, modern walls, unique touches like lit chandeliers, and large, beautiful spaces perfect for dancing. We loved that even though the space was large, it could be made cozy and warm with candles and lighting, perfect for our intimate wedding.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Riëtte, Taylor and the entire team were absolutely phenomenal! Not only were they able to accommodate our event for 1200 guests, they made it happen in three days, yes I said THREE DAYS! You would have never knows how quickly the event came together. Every detail was meticulous and thought out from the linens and lighting to the floorplan and super professional support staff. The property itself has a great upscale industrial vibe that you are able to transform to fit your needs. This property is an amazing fit for any event: wedding, prom, corporate gathering

We had a last minute mishap with a venue and needed to find a new venue quick for a large event of 1200 people. Riette at Warehouse 215 was nothing but accommodating and professional. She and her team rallied together to make the event a night to remember. The space is gorgeous and the parking lot is great. Warehouse 215 is definitely a go to for weddings, proms, corporate events and more!

We went to three warehouse-style venues within a one mile radius of Warehouse215 when it was time to start planning our wedding. We immediately knew Warehouse215 was where we wanted to go. Riëtte and her staff were very knowledgeable about the venue and were very good at anticipating our needs (we invited 200+ guests).

Bentley Projects was the perfect venue for our celebration with 100 of our friends and family. The venue looked amazing on the night of our event, especially with all the recent renovations to the space! Riette was amazing. Our wedding was perfect because of all of her help and guidance. You could not ask for a better venue coordinator. Riette and the Bentley Projects are AMAZING!!! We had both our wedding and reception there and it was an incredible experience. Riette was super fast with responses to any questions I had and check in with me frequently to see if there was anything she could do to help. The venue itself is a working art gallery so between the paintings, exposed brick walls and high ceilings it made for a gorgeous back drop that our guests loved!! If you are looking for a really cool, modern venue in downtown Phoenix, I recommend you look no further than the Bentley Projects....

My 4 stars are for the space itself, which had to be the perfect art space possible. It was very modern with a cool stylish vibe. It is the perfect loft/warehouse, and would be great for any event.
Unfortunately when we came, it wasn't open to the public anymore, so there was hardly any art up. But we still got to explore the space itself, and loved it.
Hopefully I can sometime go to an actual art event here!

This is an adorable little gallery located in the middle of nowhere, Downtown Phoenix. My art teacher friend got fixated on bringing me here when she heard me complaining about Phoenix being chain hell (and thanks to her and Yelp, I don't believe that anymore). I think she chose wisely as I loved this little space.
It was a nice place to stop and check out, and then of course we had lunch at the attached City Bakery. A perfect activity for a half-day of school! Hooray creativity and uniqueness!

We recently held our wedding reception at the Bentley Projects. It was an unexpected, stylish place to hold a wedding reception, which is exactly what we were looking for.
The gallery is large and spacious and absolutely stunning at night. The lighting is perfect and what better backdrop for photos than original art pieces?
The art is contemporary, from artists all over the country. Unfortunately, I could not afford any of there pieces...pretty pricey. Ahhh...maybe someday.
The bookstore no longer exists, but the restaurant, City Bakery, is a perfect stop for lunch and then head over
