I can't say enough about the quality of the rugs, the buying experience at Floordesign, and the installation services. I purchased 3 beautiful rugs, but best of all, was the incredible delivery service where TJ and Abed worked tirelessly to move my furniture (over and over) to perfectly set the rug placement and furniture. They demonstrate a strong, genuine care for their customers and I would whole-heartedly recommend them as your one stop shop for beautiful, high quality rugs.

If you are looking for a beautiful carpet and a super person to help you... please see Elle... this was the easiest, most wonderful experience... after 2 years of remodeling and ordering furniture this was by far the best experience we had... from going into to the store to delivery and all the follow up in-between... The selection is crazy! All different price ranges... and they let you try in your home! They showed up on time and took our old carpet... we are super happy with our purchase. Can't recommend Elle enough... super nice and responsive. Thanks Elle!
