My wife and I were thrilled with the rugs, support and service from Roja. After two incredibly thoughtful experiences at their store, we purchased three handmade rugs and a piece of furniture. Diyar and team helped us to understand the options and were great in bringing our choices (and other options) to see them in our home overnight. There was a minor issue with one of the carpets and they addressed it within a day. When making an investment like this, service matters. I can’t recommend Roja - and especially Diyar - enough. Great experience all around.

Diyar was extremely helpful to me as I chose a rug for a bedroom in our home. It had to match existing wallpaper, bedding, and upholstery, and fit the room dimensions and our budget. He brought several rugs to our home, including two he found in the warehouse that matched the color scheme. He has an excellent eye for color, and for what style rug would work in the space. I highly recommend him and Roja.

The team at Roja was exceptionally helpful. They educated my husband and me about their product. We have been looking for many months at Restoration Hardware and other privately owned stores, and we were unsuccessful at finding something that we loved. We recently bought a beautiful wool and silk rug from Diyar at Roja Home. The experience was excellent. The store is well organized and has a good inventory. Diyar, our salesperson was professional, helpful and very patient as I went through the process of selection. The best thing is that I did not feel pressured, and came home with a lovely rug for my home. I would definitely recommend Roja Home if you are in the market.

I walked into Roja Rugs to get an estimate for cleaning my treasured Tibetan rugs. DR and his co workers did a fabulous job returning my rugs in just a week, with new pads and excellent care in restoring their color and plushness.They took care of prompt pick up and delivery.
I also found the collection of carpets in the store ever so tempting ! If you need a wonderful addition to your indoor decor, by all means go to Roja on the square in Mill Valley and spend some time choosing something special!

After quite sometime looking for a rug, we decided to visit Roja Rugs downtown Mill Valley. We were well served by Sahap Borak who had every intention to sell us a rug. After looking a numerous options Sahap offered to take some to our home for trials. We narrowed the search and end up purchasing a beautiful persian antique! Sahap solved our dilema and was always courteous and professional through the entire process. We wish other merchants in our town could be as customer-oriented. We recently purchased a rug for our living room from this company. A relatively new store in Downtown Mill Valley. The quality of the rugs and selection were great. The store is bright and clean and the owners were extremely knowledgeable. While the rug was costly, they were able to negotiate on the price. As important, their service was terrific. They were at our house 4 times - once to bring full samples (actual full size rug) to the house, once to pick up the unused sample, once to bring an under-rug mat (cut to size) and last to pick up the rug for cleaning (our neighbor's little dog

A local designer recommended Roja Rugs and we are glad they did! The showroom is light and airy and the beautiful rugs speak for themselves .I stopped to look for a rug for our dining room & selected several rugs to see at home. Before that however, my husband wanted to come in so Sahap & his brother went through the same process again. A new rug had just come in which we added to our selection (ultimately this is the one we chose). Working with Sahap at Roja Rugs was a pleasure. He and his team embody the small business full service attitude which is increasingly rare these days. He was kind, flexible, efficient and quite knowledgeable. We especially appreciated his no-pressure attitude. Best of all, his vision of what would work in our home was spot on and we ended up with a rug he selected sight-unseen. It's also really nice to be able to shop for various styles of rugs all in one place (modern, vintage, oriental, silk, wool, etc.) rather than being constrained to a specific style. I have walked past Roja Rugs a few times and have always noted how beautiful and light the atmosphere is inside the store. My husband and I were shopping for area rugs and I thought to go to Roja. Beautiful shop, and the owner Sahap Borak could not have been more patient and helpful to us as we spent a very long time searching for the perfect rug for our home.
The rug was delivered and put on the floor so we could make a final decision, and at no time did we feel any pressure to complete the transaction. Mr. Borak's ultimate goal was for us to be happy with whatever rug we chose, even if it was not purchased from him.
