Services
Taekwondo, also spelled Tae Kwon Do, is a Korean martial art. In Korean, tae means "to strike or break with the foot"; kwon means "to strike or break with the fist"; and do means "way of life". Thus, taekwondo may be loosely translated as "the way of the foot and the hand." It combines combat and self-defense techniques with sport and exercise.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your family a year filled with nothing but Health, Happiness, and prosperity alongside those you love. This year, we will focus more on taekwondo education with new instructors, and we will also hold monthly events. In January, we will be getting back into shape and burning off all those extra calories we picked up during the holidays.

I am extremely happy in having my son be part of the MMKA family. They are absolutely the best! They shape our kids not only physically but mentally. It was my son’s first belt promotion and all I could say is how wonderful the whole ceremony was. I highly recommend to be part of MMKA family. Master Kim, Master Cho, Black belt Sumi and the instructors are friendly and the best.

I had a wonderful experience today. My first belt promotion test . It was so great the whole event from the beginning to end!! I hightly recommend this school. Amazing people, very professional, great ambience for young kids, teenagers and adults . I took my daughter first to start and then I did too. I never thought I will start doing taekwondo at 48 !!! It's never to late to learn! I am so happy with this place!!! Love it!❤

I love this school , my 4 years old baby is so excited to attend every Tuesday and Thursday .
The experience has been amazing for all of us .

This is the best place to come for your child to feel exception, encouragement, and most of all disciplined Master Kim. and all of his amazing instructors Master Cho. Master Antonio. Soomin. Amy. This is by far one of the best Taekwondo locations in the area. The instructors are all very proficient and have lots of patience. Both our kids have had such growth in their confidence and skill just after a few months. Master Kim and all the instructors have been inviting and welcoming since the first day we showed interest in their classes and because of that, today, we feel like part of their Taekwondo family. 100 % recommend for everyone.

Master Kim Martial Arts is the best offer of extracurricular activities for my daughter. I am delighted with the educational approach of each of the instructors, the passion and patience they demonstrate for all students is admirable. During the classes, not only does physical fitness develop, but also communicates values and priorities, and shapes the character. Most importantly, my daughter is delighted and looks forward to each lesson. Every week I observe new positive changes resulting from this activity. You are a great team! Amazing and patient instructors. A wonderful place for the entire family to practice together. The students are as young as 3 and old as 55+. The atmosphere there is like no other. You will sign up as a student and a classmate, but you will leave as a close friend and family. I started my son with Master Kim 5 years ago to help with his ADHD, and the difference it made was quicker than any medication the doctors ever prescribed. I enjoyed seeing the progress he made so much I joined the class. Choosing Master Kim's was the best decision I have ever made.

Master Kim is an excellent Master and instructor! He is very kind and patient, but he doesn't play around.
If you're interested in joining, come by and talk to any of the instructors- they wIll answer any questions that you might have.
As a first degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, I'd definitely recommend Master Kim's Martial Arts!

Master Kim and his team have exceeded our expectations. My son has been attending Tae Kwon Do classes here for 3 years. Master Kim has a true connection with each student, he is patient and nurturing and at the same time firm. My son has learned so much from Master Kim. Master Kim's Martial Arts is the best martial arts school in Miami. Master Kim is very family oriented and puts a lot of effort into his lessons.
