Sarah was a bull and stood up for me! My heartless former landlord was trying to charge me for all these costs (including rent!!) after I had moved out. I tried to argue with the landlord myself but wasn't taken seriously. I was worried about being taken to collections over this. I felt helpless. I asked her to step in and help. She read all the documents that I had and agreed that what the landlord was doing was not ok. Once she fired off a couple of very strong letters, the landlord quickly backpedaled and cancelled all the fees.

I found Sarah back in October of 2019 after struggling to find an attorney that does pro-bono which took me several months. I needed help with my situation due to my neighbor causing damages to the side of my home and his property being a nuisance. When I received a call from Sarah saying she can help me, I felt relieved. Atty. Sarah Shapero is an excellent Attorney. I had a bad experience from previous Attorney Representations and when Atty. Sarah Shapero took over, she knew exactly how to help me with my mortgage litigation. Chase Bank and SPS gave me a run around and denied my loan modification because the loan on my house was under my ex-husbands name. Attorney Shapero was able to convince the opposing counsel to grant my modification. Also, her fees are reasonable. Contact her if you need her help.
