This was our second time using Catalano Inspection Services and both times we were met with great service and a thorough report. His findings both under and inside the house saved us a lot of money during our escrow. We bought the house of our dreams knowing exactly what we needed to fix. I recently decided to move to a larger place, so I called Rich, to inspect a house I found. This would have been the second time using his service. After reading his report and going over it with him I decided to pull my offer. His report was very detailed, with pictures pointing out all the issues. He also adds little notes/pictures of codes, so you can see how it is supposed to be. I am really glad I used his service or else I would have made a big costly mistake.

Richard did an amazing inspection on my (now)new home! During Escrow I had Richard do a full inspection of the newly redone home, and he was extremely thorough, professional, and overall a pleasure to work with. After finding a house that we wanted to purchase our first call went to Rich, who came highly recommended as a CREIA Certified home inspector. We felt it was crucial to find someone we could trust to give a quality unbiased inspection.
Rich did a thorough inspection followed with a detailed report. While the house was visually great everything underneath was not. The foundation was severely damaged, the electrical was old and dangerous and the pipes were leaking under the house. He ultimately saved us from a money pit.
We ended up not moving forward with this house but will 100% be calling Catalano

Richard did an inspection of a client's condo purchase. His report was very informative and easy to read. Provided me plenty of pictures. I was very interested in buying a house, on the surface everything looked good to me, Richard looked over another inspectors report and advised me not to purchase it. It would of cost me thousands in foundation repair. When I found the house I’m currently living in, Richard wrote a detailed report, packed full of photos and information about all the issues that were wrong with my house. Including the smallest details, like the squeaky back door. I have lived here for almost a year now with no surprises...
