During the appt Karlee listens to your expectations and gives you her expert advice on the treatment you want and which treatment is best for the look you want. She makes herself available after your treatment if you have any questions or concerns. The office staff is very friendly and professional . I recommend her without reservation. Dr. Heffner and her team are seriously unmatchable. They strive to provide incredible customer service and make every patient feel like a priority. Not only is her work purely perfection, but she is THE kindest human being I have ever met. She takes her time to listen to what you want and explain every detail. I love Skin Savvy! Dr Nikolic is a fabulous injector. She listens to what I want, and makes realistic suggestions. Her work is so good! She is a sweetheart and so much fun to visit. I laugh pretty much every time I go. Except for when there is a needle in my face. 😅 Dr Heffner, Marissa, and the girls up front are all great too. If I’m willing to make the 45 min drive from my house when there are injectors around the corner, then believe me, it’s worth it!

The best place ever! Staff is amazing. And my girl, Dr. Nikolic has always done such an amazing job on my lips. I have been seeing her for almost two years, gradually building my lips 1/2 syringe at a time and she has always made them look so natural and beautiful. I always look forward to seeing her!!! The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming all the staff go above and beyond making you feel like this is home ( I wish it was I would be looking really good). I see Dr. Heffner she is the sweetest, exceptionally informative and has made my visits so pleasant. Marissa has started my skin health journey with me and she has been amazing as well. Dr. Heffner is THE best juvederm lips injector I have ever had! She is amazing with Botox and has been doing mine for approx. 7 years. I would never go to anyone else! I drive clear across the valley because… the results and the service are worth the extra effort. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and really cares about her patients!
