Why have a foreign language program specifically for children? Research shows that young children have a unique ability to acquire language naturally. Experts estimate that by age 8-10, humans begin to lose the ability to hear and say new sounds. Young brains are hard wired to acquire language. By taking advantage of the window of opportunity that exists between birth and adolescence, we allow a child to optimize his or her learning potential.
Petits Amigos made learning fun for our daughter and maximized her potential going forward through school. She learned Spanish vocabulary so quickly it was astounding and is now excelling in Spanish immersion kindergarten! The gymnastics lessons are a unique and vital part of this school and gave our daughter confidence in addition to providing a much needed physical outlet.

Best immersion program and preschool I could have ever had my son attend. The teachers are caring and the facilities are always clean and organized. They get so much one on one attention and help to learn spanish. When I leave my child at Petits Amigos every day I feel confident that he will learn and enjoy his time.

Our daughter started attending Petits Amigos a year ago, and we are THRILLED with this program and her progress in such a short period of time. We especially love the small size of the program - teacher:student rations are lower than any school we've seen. The teachers are so loving and caring, and our little girl has really thrived in this environment. Can't wait to see what their summer adventure camps are all about.

I can't recommend this program enough. Miss Leslie is amazing with the kids. My daughter attended multiple Spanish camps with Petits Amigos and loved every second of it. Miss Leslie and her husband wrote many of the songs that they use in class, and they are so catchy that I ended up singing along... and I don't usually do that kind of thing.

Both of my daughters, 3 and 5, have been taking Spanish classes at Petits Amigos for almost 3 months now.I could not be more impressed with all that they've learned so far!! My husband an I wanted them to be involved in something that would be mentally stimulating and challenging so when I discovered P.A. we decided to give it a try. The girls are constantly signing songs and playing games that they've learned in class. We are very much looking forward to the summer camps that are offered...I hear they are a blast.

We have been doing mommy and me classes for about six months, and we love going to class. The teachers go to great lengths to make classes fun. Personally, we love the music and listen to it in the car all of the time! I can't wait until our child is old enough for the summer camps. I've heard nothing but good things.
