We opened our doors in April of 2011 because we felt there was a better way for patients to receive CPAP and BiPAP therapy. We created a true one stop shop experience for patients. This place is awesome!! When I went to pick up my machine they had thoughtfully prepared everything and made sure I knew exactly how to use my equipment. It really put my mind at ease because this was all new to me. When I need new supplies I call the office and they send them out the same day, or the next day. Very prompt responses and customer service is out of this world!

The equipment was fine. The staff did not seem expert with the equipment. I kept going back for an ill fitting mask. They exchanged it for the exact one they had given me before. When the leakage problems continued, they called me in several time and adjusted the straps without ever trying anything else. I finally gave up on them.

My machine died over the weekend and as soon as I called this morning they told me to come in. The young woman was very helpful and I felt like she was genuinely concerned about me being able to sleep! That is how I recognize good customer service- how I am treated when something goes wrong! 5 Stars!

My experience with ParkCrest Medical Supply to pick up a new high tech C-Pap machine and mask started out on a bad foot as my wife and I were entering theIR suite from the corridor, uncertain of where we were supposed to go, when an employee rushed thru the door PASSING US knocking us to the side, with out any acknowledgment of our presence or apology for a rude treatment of new patients. Our experience with ParkCrest Medical Supply went downhill from there. The receptionist was disinterested, remote, unfriendly , inattentive, rude and generally foul to work with. The plan was to dump the boxes
