To be completely honest, my husband and I were hesitant to get a realtor. We have never had good experiences. We initially met with Buddy to sell our house( which he got under contract in less than two weeks) and now have continued to purchase our new home with him.
From the moment we met him, he has been personable, very professional and has offered tons of great advise and guidance. We truly feel like we have someone in our corner through this process. I had my home on the market with Buddy Blake for a long time. During the entire time I have been working with them they have never did an open house not once for me. 3 bdrm, 2 1/2 bath w/frog (Culdasac), family friendly neighborhood.
