Ruben came highly recommended by our realtor and was able to inspect the house that we made an offer on with very short notice. He showed up right on time and did a very thorough job. With the house being built in the 50's, we had some concerns about things like the roof, foundation, and electric. He was very patient in answering all of our questions and let me follow him around to ask lots of questions throughout the inspection. He even let me follow him up onto the roof and gave me advice about issues that may come up with the insurance company after we closed. He was very honest in his opinions

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Hook and Ladder! They were able to inspect the house we're buying less than 24 hours after I first called and gave a thorough report that was very clear and understandable. I was there while they performed the inspection and they were so kind in explaining things to me and answering all my questions. They even had tips for me on how to easily fix some things on my own. They also let me pay with Venmo so I didn't have to track down a check. I would highly recommend Hook and Ladder, the entire experience surpassed expectations.

I had the pleasure of working with Ruben. It is my husband and I's first time purchasing a home and we wanted to go with an inspector we could trust and feel confident in giving us an honest evaluation. He did that and more!
