We focus on the prevention and correction of childhood dental problems, monitoring oral-facial development. Comprehensive general dentistry involves the diagnosis and treatment of general conditions affecting the teeth, gums, and jaw.
Kelly Jorn Cook, DDS, is accepting new patients. It is with sincere gratitude that we thank you for choosing our practice. After you have made your first appointment, you may fill out the New Patient Form and e-mail it to us or print it and mail it to us. If you have not made your first appointment, please call us at (480) 899-4477, and we'll get you scheduled.
As a courtesy, we will gladly file your dental insurance claims and collect just your estimated co-payment. As all insurance plans are different and vary by employer, patients are still responsible for any balance remaining after we receive insurance payments. Typically, plans cover a percentage of treatment rather than the total amount (although many will cover 100% of certain services, like twice-a-year dental cleaning).
Dr. Kelly J. Cook has provided cosmetic and general dentistry for over 20 years. A Kansas native and undergraduate of Kansas State University, he received his dental degree from the University of Nebraska in 1989. He completed advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, smile design, and veneers. Doc Kelly moved to the Southwest to open a dental practice in 1990.
Our patients' dental health is our primary goal. We all take great pride in providing outstanding patient service and delivering dental health education. Having well-informed patients who understand their options and what is involved in their dental procedures is our mission. We will do everything possible to ensure you a pleasant visit.

My first visit was for an emergency filling replacement and I ended up here due to a few recommendations for Dr. Cook's office.
It was a fantastic, painless experience. In and out! Also, an amazing office!
Today I had my second appointment, cleaning and 2 more fillings, still completely painless.
I highly recommend Dr Cook and his team, and I look forward to future appointments!

Three days after I moved to Chandler I needed a dentist as my crown fell out! Dr. Kelly Cook fit me in, and he advised me that the crown was broken and could not be put back in. He referred me to an Oral Surgeon that I saw the next day. I've been to Kelly (as he prefers to be called) to have two crown replaced. I had no pain! I've had a great dental hygienist there as well! I highly recommend Dr. Cook!

I have been to many Dentists around the valley. This has been the only consistent office with professional and friendly staff. They have always treated me very well. I trust Dr. Cook's recommendations and he has always been honest. This is the first Dentist I have looked forward to going to. I highly recommend The Doc That Rocks to anyone.

This is the coolest dentist office I have ever been to!! Everyone is so nice and very comforting. Which is nice because usually going to the dentist isn't fun! But they make your experience enjoyable and a priority. Great please with great people who take pride in what they do! Recommend 10/10 to anyone who wants a cool dentist and an even cooler office!

I've never had such a great experience with a dentist. I can't recommend this office enough! Kelly makes you feel comfortable and confident. All of the staff are welcoming and kind. Before coming here, I had dental anxiety, and I was so nervous. The whole staff made me feel at ease. I'm so thankful for finding Dr. Cook!

I don't think I EVER looked forward to a dental visit until I met Dr. Cook and his crew. They are very very good at what they do; are professional, fast and kind. The nod to the jam band scene with the gorgeous framed concert poster art hanging everywhere, the classic rock albums and retro arcade games kinda make me just come and hang out!! And thanks for playing Spafford during my visit!

I had a serve toothache and am a full time RVer. Talk about a perfect storm. I don't know anyone and I cant ignore the pain. I also had to take my dog to the groomer and because they were so friendly I decided to ask if they knew a dentist. They immediately said Dr Cook was who I should go to. They had very nice things to say so I decided to call and dr Cook's office was able to get me in that day. I cannot thank them enough for the front office, assistants and of course Dr Cook.

I am not a fan of dentists.. and I have to say this office has changed my mind about that. Not only is everyone way cool, laid back and fun, but they listen to you. I expressed that I need extra numbing/pain meds and they gave it to me because they understand that each patient has different needs. I did not feel any pain and the drilling that usually kills me to listen to was drowned out by some awesome classic rock music over the speakers in the office. When they were running behind for my appointment they apologized and gave me a starbucks gift card. More doctors should learn this practice to

This is a "Re-Yelp" or an "Un-Yelp" - I'm not sure exactly what to call this review. Not too long ago I gave a somewhat negative review of Dr. Cook based on an experience with some crowns I had had done at his office. I was unhappy with the color and another dentist I had seen had made negative comments about the work. After doing some more research, and because the crowns were done not that long ago, I decided to go back to Dr. Cook to talk to him about the situation.
