I got recommended from two coworkers who recently purchased a home to use the C4 Group, and as a first-time homebuyer, working with Hannah and this awesome team helped make the experience seem a lot less daunting. I definitely could not have done any of this without them.

My realtor Aaron was very friendly, helpful, and always on time. If he tells you he is going to have something done by a certain time, rest assured he will! He was available whenever I needed him and made me feel confident about my offer to buy. I especially liked how he went out of his way to build rapport with the seller's agent and would check in with me if we hadn't spoken in a while. The rest of his C4 team were a pleasure to work with as well.

My husband and I worked with Casey Jann. It was all by accident that we found him but it was by far the best accident that could have happened to us! He was Professional, friendly, and always there for us. He knew selling my home was hard for me but he never made me feel like anything less than family. We looked at Zillow to sell our home and offer pad and ended up with $40k more selling it with Casey than either of those companies had offered us! Amazing company to work with. Everything done electronically without hassle. My whole experience from start to finish was welcoming and knew exactly what was going on the entire time. As a first time home buyer, I was anxious constantly and then I spoke with The C4 Group and they just got everything done and closed while informing me of each step of the way. If I had a question (which I had 100 in the beginning) they didn't treat me as a bug and answered each one while I could hear the smile they had on each time. Awesome business group! We found Casey (actually, he found us) when he responded to a Zillow inquiry on a property. We exchanged several emails before meeting and going over our budget and what we were in the market for. It ended up being an amazing experience. Casey listened to what we wanted in a home, and he helped us get our dream home! I spoke to Anthony over the phone and of all the agents I spoke to he was the most honest and sincere. After deciding on using C, Anthony walked me through the process of selling the house since we were out of state. He stayed on top of everything and he did everything that he said that he would do. He is honest, hardworking, and took care of all the transactions. His group sent paperwork over email with explanations of what needed to be done. It was a pleasure working with him. I found that the C4 Real Estate Group truly worked in my interest, gave generous assistance, was very aggressive and available, experienced / knowledgeable, and professional. I started out with another real estate agent and became worried he wasn't aggressive enough when some houses were going quickly. So after hearing about Casey Jan through a friend I tried working with him. He was urgent and proactive from the beginning in searching for homes and scheduling appointments.
