We are a team of three families that bring diverse business strengths to SoCal Vacations, between the 3 of us we have over 40 years of service to our clients in the Real Estate market and in the hospitality industry. Our property in Big Bear was fantastic! This home was by far one of the cleanest, coziest, and well equip rentals we have ever stayed in. The entire place was upgraded with tech savvy features. The beds were extremely comfortable in all rooms and the linens were top notch. There were a ton of board games for my kids to play with and the garage had a projector. SoCal vacations was extremely responsive and helpful with anything we needed. (We even left something very important and they were quick to respond they had it and are mailing it back). We can’t wait to come back.

Booked this place for a special day and this was nothing as expected. First off, the website photos of the views are a complete lie. And for the amount it costs for one night, was far from enjoyable. The check in time was 30+ min late. The room itself was far from cozy. The only good thing about the room we got was the new 50 in TV that was put in. Apart from that, the couch and bed covers did not smell clean nor did the room itself. The building consists of about 8 or so rooms. Majority of them run through a narrow hallway upstairs, then in the back, on the bottom are two other rooms. The building

First so thankful of the wonderful service Agustin gaved us, made us feel so welcoming... Happy to come to Big Bear to rent from SoCal vacations wonderful place especially if u have children.. Clean room, it has all the what a kitchen needs microwave,toaster, coffee maker, stove refrigerator everything u need in a kitchen to cook makes u feel in this cabin like if u were home. Fireplace is really nice for the cozy nights... we stood here 3 days are experienced was so wonderful..., Definitely RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE... Can’t wait for us to come back... we were treated with such respect & loyalty

We loved our rental unit! Pet friendly and on Pine Knot so it was super close to food and things to do. We were able to walk to An Ran Ju for gelato, Get Boards for kayak rentals, and Fire Rock Burgers & Brew for lunch. The home was very spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed also. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was perfect for us. But what I really enjoyed was the customer service of SoCal Vacations Big Bear. My son forgot his chrome book and they were very responsive and arranged for it to be mailed to us-they handled everything for us. Highly recommend!

Me and my group of friends were lucky enough to stay at Austin Bear Mountain Lodge for our Big Bear Lake trip back in September 2020. This place was gorgeous and I just had to express my appreciation for its beauty and the very nice and accommodating host! This cabin was nevertheless beautiful, new and immaculately clean, has all the amenities we were looking for, and centralized near the town supermarkets and the lake. My group is very happy and has already started talking about booking for future trips. :)

I have stayed here with the previous owners. I'm happy Agustin owns and operates the business now. I love it. It's in a great location with restaurants and shopping all walking distance. I love our room. Our room is spacious with a full kitchen. If we needed anything he's on top of it. We have a dog and I'm glad they are dog friendly. Overall I love it here and will look forward to coming during the winter. Thank you again you guys are awesome.

Socal Vacation offer amazing houses. i did first my fitness tour with girls and stayed in beautiful house with view on lake. It was such a great time there. This place exceeded my expectations, will be be back soon.
