Position Realty offers a great property management service where they did a great job in helping us find a great tenant who always pays on time and takes good care of our rental. Their Premium Management plan offers a landlord insurance policy so that in the case our tenant stops paying their payments or damages our property above our security deposit then we will get reimbursed. Great property management company we would refer to anyone!

Sean helped us with selling our townhouse in Scottsdale where we choose him to list our house because of his appraiser background and experience with selling real estate. Horrible. Took our money for the rental application. Didn't hear from them at all. After 6 days we called them,and Sean didn't even know who we were. Didn't even offer other possibilities. Basically took our money and screwed us. We have excellent rental history and references,no felonies or misdemeanors. We have good jobs and a combined income of over $7,000 a month. I don't recommend position realty to anyone unless you can afford to throw money away. POSITION REALTY ARE CROOKS.

The company advertises they sell homes fast and for top dollar which can't be anymore from the truth. We listed our home at the top of the market and within 9 days we had a full price offer. The buyer asked for a few repairs and closed as planned. Their market program really works and anyone who wants to sell their home fast and for top dollar should list with Position Realty.

I tried to buy a home for years but was unable to because I'm self employed. Sean Heideman put me in contact with a lender who qualifies self employed people based on the income in their bank statements instead of tax returns. After many years of trying I was able to buy a home thanks to Position Realty. Great customer service and caring company. I would recommend them to anyone!!
