I am a doctoral student that started going to Mr. Wheeler's therapy to learn how to manage and cope with the stress of graduate school. I used to struggle with anxiety and overwhelming stress, especially when faced with examinations. He helped me to recognize my triggers and did a great job at teaching me how to change my way of thinking and helped me return to school and succeed mentally and emotionally in a very rigorous program.

Brent Wheeler is a professional counselor who demonstrates a caring and empathetic approach to helping his clients. Finding a counselor that works well with you can be a hit or miss affair. My daughter feels Brent is a good listener which in her opinion is a critical characteristic of a quality counselor. She looks forward to her appointments because talking things out really helps. She would highly recommend giving Brent an opportunity to assist you with your issues.
