We r not having to much fun. rught now vine by vintage number is out of order, if the changed the number the didnt tell the 200 units here,
plus the never unlock the laundry room,

Tried to call multiple times and emailed over multiple weeks and never got a response. Do not trust the new management
Update: Tried to call again 4 months later I was rerouted and then hung up on. No words were exchanged I was completely ignored. If it is this hard to call the front office normally then it sounds like hell to live there. 2/11/21

So they turn your water off and you can't call them to ask what they are doing because Jennifer will get upset and ask you what can be done for you si ce this problem is not just you... hiw about let us know and stop giving attitude. Totally rude. Needs training dealing with people always bothered to be questioned... thats your job duh. Sorry for wondering where the water is after my child flushes and no water is there. I lived here for 2 years. It was more expensive than I thought low income housing should be but I enjoyed living there. Then a new manager arrived and she is kicking out people right & left. Who knows why. She is on some kind of power trip. So beware. I saw that someone asked about a waiting list. This would be the only low income housing property with a very low occupancy rating. There is no waiting list. The place is practically empty. You couldn't pay me to live here now.

I’ve been here 2 years and ever since the new owners took over the place has gone down hill. They are making a lot of renovations but everything is rushed and not done very well. They even hire one of the tenants who had no experience to help. They replaced our sliding glass door and it is not level so we can’t close the door all the way. We have made complaints for months with no solution. Our thermostat doesn’t work but they say they can’t find anything wrong with it and they don’t know why it won’t work. My mother lives here and they take care of this place very well. They have done so many renovations since she’s been here everything is almost brand new. The management is very nice and good to her as well. I see a lot of negative comments about the activity around here but there isn’t much management can do about that. If the gate is closed, people will just climb the fence from surrounding areas. Also, my Mom has a never had an issue with anybody bothering her so if you stay to yourself it’s a pleasant place to live. There is a huge pool, jacuzzi, gym and they recently added a park for

Christine is the best manager. She is doing a great job keeping the apartments up to standard. And the July Summer Luau Bash was great. Thanks so much Christine we had a great family day. It was awesome to see all the kids playing and having a blast together with the water toys. Food was awesome thanks to your Fiance. And we all enjoyed the snow cones. And we loved the music. I was here when it was called WoodStone apartments. The day we moved in, there was cockroaches near the door and one was bigger than average. We found out that they were coming from behind the fridge. After my kids and I were getting bit and had notified management, they came out and sprayed. However, the first attempt didn't work and we had to empty our cupboards and cover our items on the couch. After the second attempt, they were gone. This should've been handled before my family and I moved in.

•Loud non stop noise from neighbors
•Random rent increases
•No call backs regarding any issue from the front office
•No one in the front office during business hours
•Dogs barking non stop
•Homeless cruising through the complex and digging in the trash
Update time, even if you pay your rent they will claim they either, never received it or it bounced to charge you a late fee!
What a scam.
Also 6 months without a single call back really helps with resolving issues like this.

Wonderful staff,clean,beautiful landscape,chestnut trees,people wth very friendly pets.Anytime I go to the office for a question or anything they are always kind and immediately on top of things.I never feel like I'm disturbing them,which makes me feel special.The maintenance crew,keep the place wonderful,always smiling,they keep the place tightly and safe.I'm truly impressed I just moved from Santa Barbara and I couldn't be happier......ciao I thank you all !!!

I moved in June 2016 and everyone in the leasing office were extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they switched management in Sept. 2016 and it's been downhill since. Changes were made and we weren't told until after the fact, the office staff doesn't appear to want to help their current residents, and it's in the process of changing to affordable (low income) housing. From what I understand (they scheduled a resident meeting at 5pm so I missed the first half) several residents who don't qualify for low income housing will be displaced, which is unfortunate since Lompoc doesn't have much

Do not rent here!! If I could give zero stars I would. The manager of this complex is so unbelievably rude! (If I could use another work to describe her I would) me and my boyfriend have lived at Woodstone a little less than a year . Everything was ok at first , this new management team though is ridiculous . There are so many complaints I have , but I don't want to bore you with that. My main problem is ... my boyfriend just finished his 6 years of service in the Air Force and had his orders to return to home address. We presented the manager with his orders which is supposed to get him out

Note 1: Contrary to their website and leasing office sign they are NOT open on Saturday. However, they do have a piece of paper taped to the door that states their actual (revised) hours.
Note 2: They are currently (Nov 2016) in the process of becoming a Tax credit apartment. Meaning if you make more than 60% of the AMI you are not allowed to live here. Everything has changed.
The trashes are overflowing every week because they cut down on trash pickup.
This is advertised as a secure gated community and one of the reasons we moved in yet they leave both gates open now. Once they finally shut the drive in gates but they would not open, I tried to use the button for emergency entrance yet they wouldn't answer the call. What is going to happen and there is an emergency and we can't get out or in.. guess who I am going to sue?

Good place to live. Neighbors are friendly and have been living here for years. So you know it's good place. Also, the management is excellent. If you have a problem like hot tub is cold they get on it and fix it quickly. They are on the ball on everything and problem. Another great thing is the 4th of July party they held for all residents. It was great and a lot of fun. I cannot wait for more of these resident parties. It makes us feel like a community and stronger.
