The attempt to make the ceiling look the same was not attempted at all. And the work order stated that Pacific Coastal Janitorial was to clean up prior to Broadway Carpet cleaners. The janitorial team never showed or they have no idea what pieces of stucco look like cause the was left everywhere. Therefore I have spent the weekend cleaning up after them. The management team needs to start checking the work after completion cause it is starting to get very shoddy.

I been living here since 2019, and I have never experienced so many maintenance repairs. They do have the courtesy to send out a message regarding when the maintenance will happen, however, it lasts all day! The maintenance notifications are usually shutting off the water from 10am-5pm almost 3x a month sometimes more and the worst part is, the water will still be shut off even after 5pm. It's unbelievable!!! With that in mind, when I first moved in, you get to check off anything that is right or wrong with the apartment, and I noticed there was a huge hole/gash on my balcony. Knollwood Meadows Apartments has been a terrific place for me in the month that I've been here. Following is a breakdown of my experience:
Safety and Comfort: The apartments feel very safe. The walkways are lit up at night; people are often out on walks during the day; and the open design of the community gives you a sense of comfort. I haven't had a reason to worry about my car at night.
Proximity: It's very easy to get on to the freeway from the apartments and to commute to work. This is a good place for people working in Vandenberg.
Price: The rent is less than most other places in Santa

I lived here for approximately a year and a half and only left because I was moving in with someone who already owns a house. Wonderful management, extremely responsive and helpful at Knollwood Meadows. The complex is tucked away out of sight, so not a lot of heavy traffic. Laundry rooms and gym are always clean. Neighbors were quiet and polite. Affordable place to live and they even provided a rent decrease for everyone due to COVID19, which we were all grateful for. All in all, a great place to live and managed by good people.

Lived in a 2 bed 1 bath and it was great. Good space and plenty of storage. We didn't have issues with everything breaking constantly which was my experience at the Montiavo apt. Grounds and common space is kept up very well. Staff are responsive and always cheerful and ready to help in any way they can. Sabrina, Meghan and the rest of the staff on location are great! Highly recommend!!!

I recently lived at these apartments and would have to say that I was blessed to live here. A great place to start if your a couple or small family raising children for the first time. Unlike other apartment complexes located in Santa Maria, the grounds are well kept by gardening personnel and the pool, weight/gym room and clubhouse are great for family gatherings. The management staff has been so good to me and assisted me with my concerns on certain issues in the area I lived. Sabrina and Megn were great and always did what was well within their power to correct issues. I am forever grateful

I love it here, I live next to the lady that says the manager has been harassing her. This lady has a dog that she just leaves at home all day and barks and whines all day. She then let's her dog off the leash all the time, she must think that shes better than everyone else for some reason. Then the dog goes to the bathroom in the patio, how disgusting for other neighbors have to see and smell that. I'm glad this lady is leaving, great job management

I should have written this review much sooner. My family lived at Knollwood Meadows twice - in 2012 and again in 2017. Management was always responsive to issues and accommodating of requests. The grounds are kept beautifully and everyone working there is very friendly. They were very fair with my deposit both times I moved out. I wouldn't hesitate to move back in the future if my circumstances allow.

This is our third lease here and if it wasn't for new management we would not be here they have treated us so well and have gone above and beyond fixing and replacing everything broken around here. Always calls back within a couple hours I think the best thing is they both live on side so when something goes wrong they are right there ready to help.

My husband and I have lived at Knollwood Meadows for about a year and love it. Management staff are very professional/accommodating and tend to our needs in a timely manner. Arnulfo & Pedro(maintenance/gardener) are always very friendly and quick to respond to any maintenance issues, usually within a couple hours. We take full advantage of all the amenities- they have newly renovated the gym, clubhouse, and have added new pool furniture. Great community to live in!

I've been dissatisfied with this place ever since we had a package stolen off our front porch & when we talked to the then community manager Erica & told her we could show proof of the neighbors having taken it as we have a Ring doorbell camera all she said was "you're actually not allowed to have cameras" -- all in all we resolved the matter ourselves & luckily the company shipped us a new item to which we had sent to our business instead.

If I could give it negative stars I would. Worst place I have ever lived in. Office staff is never there and when you call they never answer. They are always showing favoritism towards people and put down the ones they don't like. They will call you 24/7 if they don't like something about you or what you do. They will find any little thing and call you right away. But when the tables are turn and they need to fix something they will take weeks, they will forget about your request and you will need to call them several times every month just so they can remember and maybe send someone

I'm on Insurance Agent, called as a courtesy to our client... who is moving from Texas. To ask if they require themselves to be added as Interested party..... Erica answered the phone, she was very rude and basically told me your not my client. More or less don't help your customer for a smoother move, Welcome to Santa Maria!!!!! Sad deal, there are other apartment complexes in Santa Maria much less and nicer people to deal with!!!!

I called stating my name and that I was interested in renting a two bedroom on 2-3-15. I never received a call back. I called again 2-5-15 not stating my name but that I have first month and the deposit in hand (and I do) miraculously I received a call back with in two hours BUT suddenly there are no openings and I may get on the waiting list. 2-6-15 they post a 2 bedroom will be available in March "hurry before its gone" they are playing favorites and if you aren't Caucasian then you go to the back of the bus.
