Founders Steve and Val Feldman are from a big family and understand the intrinsic value of that connection. When the time comes to determine how you, your loved one, or your parents will spend their later years in life; there is a lot to consider. The most important is the feeling of family and home when looking for an assisted care facility that addresses the health, safety and emotional concerns facing elders.

We offer two different upscale resident locations that provide a family community environment. We encourage you to tour New Day Cottages to consider the best options for your loved one.
At New Day Cottages, we feel that residents should be engaged with fun and interactive senior activities throughout the day in many different aspects of their lives: Physical, Emotional, Purposeful, Social, Intellectual and Spiritual. That's why we have a variety of activities on the calendar as well as encouraging residents and families to engage in moments that are not on the calendar.
Assisted living facilities combine housing and general support services for individuals who cannot live alone but do not need skilled nursing care. Most assisted living facilities provide shelter, meals, snacks, laundry services, housekeeping, 24-hour staff availability, activities and medication administration by certified staff.
New Day Cottages hires caregivers who have a heart for and the gift of serving our elders. Qualifications include CNA training, QMAP, TB, First Aid and CPR certificates. Must be drug free and pass a background check. We have full-time and part- time staff as well as housekeepers. Absolute integrity and sound judgment required.

This is a nicely furnished, intimate community with very a caring and friendly staff. The entire experience, from the time mom moved in until the day she passed away there, was above and beyond. I trust this staff and management and highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a compassionate home for their loved one.

My mother in law moved here several months ago after an unsuccessful transition to a large assisted living facility. Living at New Day Cottages has been a life saver for her and has exceeded our expectations. Not only is the environment beautiful and well maintained, but the staff is consistent, caring and knows each individual residing in the home and their needs. Every meal is home made and staff accommodates each person's requests. I could not have asked for a better place for my mother in law to reside! This place was a dream come true for our family. The small group home is such a welcome

Rosemary and I want to reiterate our tremendous gratitude for the most excellent final season of life Dad was able to experience at New Day Cottages over the past three years! You and your staff could not have been more caring and loving to him! In addition, the homey ambiance of the surroundings, the consistently excellent food, and the little extras in the form of activities and holiday events puts New Day over the top as an assisted care venue!

Exceptional in every way..my mom has been in many rehab..National Brand Assisted Living places etc..even in my home for a few years but nothing compares to New Day Cottages.. The residents are up and about.. The staff is caring..The home is absolutely beautiful.. The meals are cooked fresh daily...the activity calendar is excellent..the room is great with her own private bath and cable etc..her neighbors/house residents are nice.. So happy that we found New Day Cottages..

My mom has been living at New Day Cottages for 4 years now. It's homey, small, and personal, so much more like a family than some of those large places that feel like a hotel. The personal attention she gets is fabulous and the staff genuinely care about her. She's not just another resident, and we like that! She may not be able to order from a menu like in a large facility, but the warm and care more than make up for it.
