Stoner Commons is located at 605 Granite Run Drive, Lancaster, PA 17601. It can be reached from The Overlook Park Entrance off of the Lititz Pike/Route 501 which is about 2 miles North of Rt 30. If you are traveling on the Fruitville Pike or Manheim Pike take Granite Run Drive and travel East. When you enter Overlook Community Park from any direction, follow the signs in the park to Stoner Grille, Mini Golf, Driving Range and or The Barn.
The Barn at Stoner Commons is a unique and charming establishment that is available to host your most precious event, your wedding, as well as private and public events for up to 150 guests. For standing room, or events with row seating we are capable of accommodating up to 300 people. The Barn and Stoner Grille are also a unique meeting venue that naturally results in a more productive yet relaxed event.

We had our daughter's wedding and reception here. Would not recommend it. They will promise you everything you ask but they have very little follow through. Bathroom and floors were dirty, the groom's hanger had supplies from previous events sitting all over the high top tables, no air condition in the grooms hanger, buckets of golf balls were not supplied as promised, upon arrival to set up for the reception it was not ready-tablecloths were dirty-had to ask them to set the room as requested on the contract-chairs were dirty and they asked us to remove them, up to an hour prior to the

Friday, Sept. 17th, It was my birthday dinner (or lack there of,) the hostess was friendly and seated my husband and I at a high top on the patio. At least 30 minutes went by as numerous waitstaff walked by, not a word, a hi, or I'll be right with you...nothing. Patrons were seated after us and served while we waited and waited. I asked a neighboring table what they were drinking and I was excited to try the Coconut Cream Margarita. No one ever came. I'm legitimately taken aback. The hostess took about 10min to acknowledge my party and as soon as we were seated decide it was a good idea to tell me, an African American woman with a group of friends and family, about her Jamaican chambermaid's complexion. She continued the microaggressions and rant on how she's so jealous that she'll never be as dark as me. Not only was the food half good but to be greeted that way was just unfounded. I really liked our waitress since she was so attentive but clearly that host is related to the owner and HAS to have a job here to manage her

I am new to the Lancaster area, and have been discovering amazing food! Stoner Grill is no exception to my find recently. The service was great although the host prepared me that they were short staffed I did not have anything delayed. The watermelon appetizer as well as the fish tacos were exceptional.

My wife and I reserved an outside table this past Friday night since the weather was so beautiful. We arrived early, but were seated right away. Our waitress was very nice and friendly as well as patient since I couldn’t decide what to drink. The beer menu is very extensive. After our drinks were delivered, we ordered appetizers and our meal. We waited a bit longer than I would have expected and then our meal arrived, but no appetizers. We told the waitress and she was very apologetic and said that there must have been a mixup. We were supposed to have a reservation for 6pm, and arrived at 6:02pm, only to find out that the woman I spoke with earlier never took my name. I was with my husband and 89 year old mother, and we were seated indoors, under a very noisy wedding going on above us. When we moved outside,we were told the table was "reserved". So we had to move again. The waitress was very nice, but where was the Management? And not a great selection of food either.

I am giving the place a 2 due to the great band that they booked, the perfect weather, generally positive ambiance and the company we kept. As for the food and service, D and C-. The soup, corn & crab was so heavily seasoned it was unfinishable, the fish tacos had a smidgen of fish in them and the entire meal took forever. When it finally arrived, it was tepid to cold. We had been here a few times pre-covid and it was always solid. If we go back it will be for the music and libations. Maybe they will get their mojo back, but they definitely have misplaced it. Seated promptly, after 20 minutes of waiting drink order was finally taken. We ordered two soups and an appetizer, after waiting 1 hr finally asked for someone to check on our food. Hostess informed us our food would be another 20 minutes. Overall service was very slow, especially for a Saturday evening.

I had the Twice Grilled Cheese and Crab & Corn Chowder. I dipped the grilled cheese in the soup and it was delicious! Definitely heavy, but perfect for my hang over Just and FYI...the chowder was spicy. It was perfect for me, but too spicy for my MIL. They did mess up several of our orders, but everything was tasty. Husband didn't have bacon or pickle with the burger, my BIL got sweet potato fries instead of chips (and we were up charged for it), and my MIL didn't get her chips at all. Food was outstanding! Chose this on a whim for Mother's Day and happy we did. We used Open Table for a reservation and our table was ready as soon as we arrived. There was live music, which was a nice surprise, and it wasn't too loud or overwhelming. We were seated directly in front of the stage and still able to hold a conversation. We were really impressed with food and will definitely be back. Ambiance was nice, pretty view of golf course and looking forward to sitting on patio next time.

Keep in mind we were the very first people seated for dinner. We watched at least 5-6 to go ordered pass by us. Still no food. Asked for our food to go as time was not allotted for an hour wait.

This place is hit or miss for me. I've been here more times than I can count and you never know what you're going to get. The patio and casual ambiance is what brings me back. The location is perfect - accessible within about 20 minutes from just about anywhere in Lancaster. Plenty of outside seating and waiting areas, the garage door opens to bring the outside in and you can even mini golf while you wait. Often times on the weekends they have live music.

I have eaten here about 5 times over the past 4 years. Different experiences but overall positive. I recommend this restaurant for business meetings and date nights. They have a great outside seating area. I recommend making a reservation during peak dining hours.
My recent visit was during COVID-19 and we had to order takeout off their limited menu. Pricing seems a little high but that is to be expected right now and the quantity and quality of the food is worth it.
I really enjoy their salads. I was not a fan of their flatbread when I ordered it 3 years ago - crust was burnt and to thin.

Never again!! Worst service ever!! We had dinner there Saturday night with another couple. We could not get our waitress to take our drink order ,she finally took our food order but forgot to deliver our drinks and then never showed up to give us our check and we could not get the bartenders help she said I can't help you...WHAT??. We asked for the manager twice and never saw anyone. Paid our bill and we will never come back! Pick another place there are so many wonderful choices in Lancaster where they treat you like they want you there!

Table of four and had a very disappointing visit. Service was very lacking and it appeared we were more of a burden verses income for our server. Having been in the service industry I get being tired and busy, but it literally seemed our mere presence was a bother even with being more than understanding about drinks being forgotten.
The crab tater tots were good but the salads were lackluster. May go back for a drink but would rather have dinner elsewhere where service is more of a priority to customers.

Never going back to Stoner Grille restaurant. I made a reservation for 10, they gave my table to the owners friends and told me I never made a reservation.
No loss really. Their food is over priced and nothing special. The last time our 10 person party was there it took an hour to get our food and they brought the appetizers and entrees at the same time.

Came for the tacos, will be back for the music! We came here on Father's Day with a large group (made a reservation), and we had a lovely time. We ordered tacos, burgers, wraps and cocktails, and wine. Everything came out just right for us. We didn't see much of our waitress, but I liked that, she didn't rush us out or get annoyed when we didn't look at the menu for the first 15 minutes because we were chatting. She made sure we were taken care of but not smothered.

Stoner Grille is our happy place. Food is always great, entertainment is awesome! Gene and Anne always make their rounds to to say hi and ensure everyone is enjoying their evening. As a loyal patron we Realize their expanding business had to experience growing pains which they did and conquered!

Have some really mixed reviews on this place. The staff is really friendly, the food is good, but it took 30 minutes to get a wrap and a cheesesteak. The other thing is the prices. My wrap was 11 dollars and the cheesesteak with fries was 16. I could get the same results for cheaper at a local pizza shop.
