This set of photos shows a new floor being installed over plywood and concrete in a new resaurtant in Hillcrest. This set of photos shows an engineered Hickory floor that was very badly worn and sun faded. We completely flattened, repaired and refinished this floor with stain and 3 coats of a commercial grade water-based polyurethane.
This is a newly purchased home in Del Mar, Ca. We removed the carpet and installed new engineered oak flooring. The old and new flooring were sanded and custome stained / finished with stain sheen commercial grade water based polyurethane. This solid oak floor was complete worn out. We sanded and refinished this floor with natural stain and 2 coats of a commercial grade water-based polyurethane.
This San Diego home has solid oak flooring that we sanded raw and completely refinished in just 4 days. This was finished onsite so the final product had no grooves between the boards that is common with pre-finished flooring. We applied Bona professional quality polyurethane floor finish to this solid maple floor to bring out the natural color.

I have bamboo floors in my loft that were not in good shape from wear and tear. I researched online and contacted San Diego Hardwoods due to their experience with bamboo floors. I met with Andrew and got to see his extensive portfolio of before and after pictures. I like the fact that as proprietor he works on the job himself. I was still a little uneasy since I knew that engineered hardwood floors aren't really designed to be refinished (or so I thought) like real hardwood. Andrew was very knowledgeable and forthright with what he can do to my floors that I trusted he had the experience and knew

Absolutely amazing job. Andrew showed up when I wasn't even there and did this all perfectly, quickly and with photos and texts letting me know what he was doing. I cannot recommend his company enough. I will be using him again. He had to do an enormous bamboo floor, and it is seamless. Completely beautiful. And he did it on time, communicating with me remotely, and he required no prompting for info. I am extremely happy with Andrew, his company, and my floor.
