Amazingly nice and attentive staff who understood exactly what my vision was. While other places quoted ridiculous prices and turnaround times, RCU finished a vintage stool top for $45 and completed it in 2 weeks. No additional charge for using my Pendleton fabric. I couldn't be happier with the outcome - it's beautiful. I'm definitely taking all my reupholstery projects to them.

They took my grandma's pink armchair that dates back to the 40's or earlier and had been shredded down to wood by my cats, and completely reworked the stuffing and the cushion as well as replacing the upholstery fabric.
The result is beautiful thanks to the fabric which is my choice including touches of the original rose pink.
On top of that it feels beautiful, thanks to excellent work underneath the fabric I no longer need pillows under and behind me to sit comfortably in it.
Grandma's chair will be the place of warmth and comfort it has been thanks to their excellent work.

We had two channel back chairs rebuilt.. They fixed the chairs, they re stuffed them and they upholstered them in a paisley fabric that was not an easy pattern to use on a channel back.
They are perfect.
It took some time to get it done, mostly to get the fabric. She was very patient with us through the fabric selection and very helpful.
