My daughter's car entertainment system stopped working and needed replacing. We checked around and had trouble finding someone who would explain what had to be replaced, and what the final results would look like. Miramar Car Audio was so helpful and knowledgeable about replacing the entertainment system on our RAV4. Rick was wonderful, he went over all the options with us and explained everything thoroughly. The results were exactly what we were looking for, we couldn't be happier.

Started my search for an upgraded audio system for my 2017 F250 and pulled into this shop to start researching cost and compatibility of my existing Sony stereo.

Miramar Car Audio detailed and ceramic coated 2 cars and a truck for me a few weeks ago. Miguel and the crew not only did an excellent job on the vehicles, but also treated me like family. He was able to work some magic on 2 areas of the truck; the right front bumper and the right side mirror cap. Both areas had been worked on by other people unsuccessfully. I can't say enough how great this place is. I brought in a 2009 CS430, and wanted a back up and side cameras installed, as well as a minor fix to one of the dashboard windows which didn't close properly after I had an apply play installed (by somebody else-mistake on my part). Rick was extremely responsive, he gave me the options I had and did a great job on the installation. The camera work exactly as he said they would, which made driving the car especially on the highways feel safe and easy. The price I paid was as he quoted me, no upsell and no pressure.

They did a great job installing a touch screen stereo with Apple CarPlay along with the backup camera on my Sportsmobile van. Being an older van, a few months down the line, the power stopped getting to the radio. I checked all the fuses but couldn't figure it out. When I brought it back in Rick and the crew were super helpful and were able to fix the issue same day for no charge. Even helped me sort out a ride home while I left the van there. Once again Rick and team at Miramar Car Audio hooked it up. They installed a system in my car I had and reinstalled it in the new car I just purchased. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!!!! My husband and I were pretty hesitant with tinting because of the terrible tint jobs we had seen in the past. My uncle got his cars tinted here so he highly recommended them.

This place is the best! I will never take my car anywhere else! They use the most high-quality parts. They are great at diagnosing issues with sound and speakers. My Z4 looks excellent, and I couldn't be happier! I had them upgrade all my speakers, upgrade to Apple car play touch screen, tint my windows, and put a protective coating on the car! Brought my car into Miramar Audio and I was extremely happy with the work and value of my new sound system as well as the detail to attention of adding decals to my car. I went to get my dash cam installed here after my regular auto mechanic told me he didn't provide that service.

They took care of everything for me! I'm really impressed!

They removed the old wiring and the old camera holder for me even though it took them a solid 1hr to remove the very stubborn old suction cup. They took great care to remove it as carefully as they could without damaging the glass.

When installing the cameras, they tried various locations to make sure the video quality was as good as possible.

I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but was happy to lend the time to craft this one. We had Miramar Car Audio install a new Car Play Stereo in an older Lexus. Rick was not only helpful, but kept his labor low and fit me into a schedule filled for weeks ahead. Made my first appointment to get my 12 inch Kicker Comp type R sub, amp, and warning cancellors install for my LED headlights and when I came back I instantly made another appointment to get all new speakers, dynamat and a few other things installed which I had then talked about another appointment for window tint as well...

Ceramic Coating and Window Tint:

If you have a new car and want to protect the paint, ceramic coating is the new thing. Unfortunately, it is quite expensive. I happened to catch Miramar Car Audio at a time when they were able to offer some AMAZING prices compared to just about any other vendor.
Of course, I was worried that it might be too good to be true and "you get what you pay for". However, my truck came out looking beautiful. There was even a pretty bad scuff mark on one of my doors that they buffed out and now it looks good as new. They didn't get 100% of the swirl marks

Miramar Car Audio did a fine job on coating and tinting my BRZ. I knew the first thing I had to do when I bought my car was to get ceramic coating and a tint done. Since the car was a new-used car, it already had swirl marks and light imperfections on the paint. As much love and care I try to give my car, I'm not perfect. I'll accidentally graze against it adding microscratches. I'd do something stupid during washing that could introduce swirls. Sure, I could do the correction myself but when I gave them a call for a quote, I couldn't believe what I heard.
