Arcus Behavioral Health & Wellness
I graduated with a doctorate in clinical psychology at Adler University in 2016 and a masters in counseling psychology from Adler University in 2010. I completed my undergraduate education at the University of Tampa and earned a bachelors degree in psychology and a minor in sociology. I have received advanced training in a variety of therapeutic models, including getting nationally certified as a Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist.

I am currently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist as well as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. As the founder of Arcus Behavioral Health & Wellness, I am extremely passionate about changing and improving the way psychotherapy is globally perceived and understood. Therapy is not what you see on Dr. Phil.
Services
Arcus Behavioral Health & Wellness uses a variety of empirically-validated assessments and instruments to identify how your core strengths can help you on your path to well-being. In addition, we provide more traditional psychological testing to assist in diagnostic clarification, such as identifying underlying challenges, academic or work difficulties, patterns in your personality, and/or other factors that can impact your progress.
Arcus Behavioral Health & Wellness is highly invested in improving the quality of life and well-being of all our clients regardless of their ability to pay for services. As a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, our funders want to hear directly from you on the impact of our work, particularly if we have subsidized all or a portion of the cost of your services.
The organization operates with the mission of providing high quality mental health care to underserved/low-income clients and families, particularly ethnic and cultural minorities including LGBTQ+. Founded in 2017, the organization has increased access to behavioral health care by addressing the mental health needs of ethnic and cultural minorities.
Sometimes we could all use some perspective on our lives. One of the things that makes our personalities so complex is that they're both static and dynamic at the same time. While we do have some traits that stay relatively the same throughout our lives, we are also constantly changing in the other dimensions of our personality; through our beliefs, our values, and the narrative we have about ourselves and our life.
Have you found you and your partner having the same argument over and over again? Are you both considering or experiencing a life transition such as marriage, having children, or changing careers? Are you on "cruise control" in your marriage and would you like to have a more fulfilling and rewarding relationship with your spouse?

I had couple of reservation towards this clinic, but it turned out really good experience. What is most important that they are really flexible with everything, so dont be discouraged if there is any financial or other issue. It can save your life or sanity.
