I came here with a friend for brunch. The menu has a mix of true breakfast and lunch options. I got the zucchini frittata and my friend got the wild mushroom crostino. My frittata topped with goat cheese was really good.
Service was great and since it was a slower Saturday morning, they let us stay for a few hours to catch up without rushing us.
The inside decor are very beautiful and makes you want to photograph every corner!

We accidentally fell upon this beautiful place for brunch on our way back home. We were going to go somewhere else but the wait was 25-30 min, so we left. We are always up for good food, yet sometimes it’s hard to find if you aren’t familiar with the area. After reading the reviews we decided to check it out. Upon entrance we were greeted with valet, they were extremely friendly and prompt. The Ponte restaurants don't miss!!! Cafe Ponte in Clearwater is my favorite restaurant by far, and On Swan is an amazing experience. Olivia is right there, providing the ambiance, service, and deliciousness that only these restaurants can provide. The goat cheese sformato was a delicacy, my wife and I salivating on every bite. We had brunch there on a Sunday. You can tell the concept, menu, and decor were carefully thought out. This was not a first attempt at opening a restaurant. The place has a polished feel. The squid ink pasta, carbonara, chicken and waffles and orange blossom pancakes were all excellent! We also sampled the flourless chocolate cake and Carmel apple cake, both were very good. The service was excellent as well.
All said I found it better than Casa Santo Stefano which was considerably more expensive. We will definitely be back. This was our best brunch experience in this area!

Admittedly I enjoy Italian desserts a lot and I always try my best to order a tiramisu whenever I see it. Definitely was the star of the time here. The pastas, especially the squid ink pasta, came highly recommended to me but missed the mark. The dish lacked flavor and needed salt it seemed. Just an overall mediocre experience besides the dessert. Parking is a bit difficult here too.

This has quickly become my favorite restaurant. Every time I come I try something different, but I also get my faves. Those faves being the goat cheese and olive appetizer and the grilled oysters. Top 10. I might go grab more later today.
I tried the squid ink pasta. It tasted very fresh. The pasta is very al dente, that's not reflected on the menu and honestly it should be. It was a bit jarring at first. The Basics: OLIVIA is an Italian restaurant located in South Tampa. It is located in the middle of an intersection, but it is a beautiful restaurant both on the exterior and interior. Came with some friends who were here from California to show them Tampa/Hyde Park. We got last minute reservations for 4, which was nice and the server we had was friendly and accommodating.
My friends got the truffle pizza and said that it was amazing.
I had the caprese type salad which was fantastic and so was the gluten free toast that came with it. I also had the chicken dish (forget the name) and it was a big helping and was delicious.
The vibe in there was great, good spot for a date night or girls night. I will be back!

I visited OLIVIA for my birthday dinner over week ago. I'm so glad I picked this restaurant for this special occasion. From the moment I walked in they wished me a Happy Birthday. All employees that we interacted with were very nice and welcoming. The food was excellent. See pictures below. I'm missing the Goat Cheese Sformato picture, highly recommended too! Go for it! I don't think you can go wrong with anything on their menu.

I literally don't know where to begin. The door was opened for me to enter the building. EVERYONE greeted me with a pleasant smile and hello. No reservations but was seated within seconds. Waiter was on the spot! Wine wasn't to my liking but asked for a suggestion to more my taste. Glorious. Appetizer was to die for. Then my meal was the squid ink pasta and shrimp 🍤 . My mouth is watering just thinking about it! Manager came over for some small talk and suggested a different wine for a future visit that would bring out the flavor even more, note to self... There were no leftovers unfortunately

And my scallops had the elusive but knock your socks off perfect sear.
Our server Brendon and the management staff/front of the house especially @TommyOlivia did an outstanding job. The best recommendations for wines and pairings and so professional.
I still miss @CafePonte in Largo but it was nice to have such a great evening.

This has absolutely become my favorite restaurant. Their rigatoni is the best pasta I've ever had (and pasta is my favorite food). I highly recommend going. In between upscale and low key modern, the interior is very relaxing. They have a wall of windows into a prep room where you can watch them make fresh noodles, desserts, and more. Perfect date night spot.

Perhaps, by far, this is the best establishment in the area. We arrived on Saturday, about an hour after opening. Our order was accepted and prepared quickly enough, despite the fact that many tables were occupied and a birthday party was being celebrated nearby. All dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. Service level. The only thing is that this place is quite noisy (if you have a hard time tolerating noise, take note)

Very beautiful location. Everything is clean and modern, but very comfortable and cozy.
Brunch is fantastic! I’ve been twice now and the highlighted dishes were wonderful. I will say my toast on the Avocado Crostinos was very firm, to the point where I just couldn’t finish it. Flavor was amazing, though.

My husband and I took our small children here and they LOVED IT! Easily some of the best pizza I've ever had. The chicken had goat cheese on it which I did NOT like, once I removed it, the dish was perfection. The shrimp and scallop were seasoned to infinity and beyond which is always a great thing, not overcooked or rubbery. The squid ink pasta was the best thing that we ordered, I mean it was so good!
