The R3eWaste Inventory Management System (IMS), is a proprietary web based software developed by R3eWaste specifically to log and track electronic waste from the moment it arrives in our facility to its final destination. Each pickup is weighed and identified with its company of origin.

Made 2 calls - needed a place for a 3rd party to bring old printers for my elderly parents in PHX who can't get them there. (I live out of state.) 1st call to find pricing - only $5/printer!!! 2nd call to pay online - fast and courteous. They use "square" app. Immediately received an emailed receipt. HIGHLY recommend this company for customer service and pricing.

I was glad to find a recycling company like R3ewaste who took all of our electronic disposal without a question. The staff were ready to unload and it was quick. This company, R3Ewaste, came highly recommended by our IT consultants and they were fantastic! The process was very easy, they were on-time for the scheduled pick-up, there was no cost to us, and everyone was very courteous. From start to finish, they made it incredibly easy and even thanked us for being conscience of the environment and recycling rather than throwing our computers, screen, printers, and phones in the trash. This is an awesome company with a great staff! We will continue to use their services in the future!

Had a few old phones, a not working printer, an old video camera and 4- 1990s/2000s laptops from a neighbor. They took it all no issues (except $5 to recycle the printer). They were very polite, courteous, and just nice to talk to. They were not "only concerned" with what would have resell value. Very easily done.

Great Experience! Called and spoke to Graham about picking up 17 printers, and loads of computers and boards and other electronics. He scheduled us that week, and they came and hauled it all away! He assured us they are certified and wipe every drive. His employees were professional and quick and efficient. Highly recommend! Smooth experience.

I work for a video production company that had a lot of outdated equipment and R3Ewaste was able to take it off our hands. They were on time and were in and out in less than 30 minutes. R3waste is a wonderful service. We have had computers/electronics stored in our garage for a few years. We have wanted to dispose of these items responsibly but did not know how. R3waste has a great website that explains their "responsible" disposal. I called the center and the staff was equally helpful and pleasant. When delivering our items the staff again was helpful, reassuring about wiping data, and grateful. In addition, I loved the fact that our donation helps Phoenix Children's Hospital. Thank you for this important service!

I had bunch of old server and cables I needed get rid of so that Hippa doesn't shut us down. Called a company in the valley that sold old computer stuff to find out what to do with my stuff. Turns out R3waste bought their phone number. So I found where to recycle my stuff with one phone call. Took items, dropped them off and they gave me the grand tour. Thank again for your help.

On the whole I enjoy my experience recycling my electronics with R3. The only downside is that they don't pick up where I live so I had to bring my equipment into them. The process itself is quick and without hassle. You simply fill out your contact information and a representative shows you to the doc where you can leave your equipment. the workers even help you unload your vehicle which is always helpful especially if you have heavy equipment. Thanks R3!
