Due to a garbage repair by another tire shop(should have called FasTire but I was right near this place) I had a torn bead and rounded lugs. With the current tread depth it made sense to just get new tires all around anyhow so I call FasTire:
Jose was super accommodating and got me scheduled the next morning with tires I was looking for.
Adam came yesterday morning and as he started the job he realized more of the wheels had lug issues and this whole job turned into a much larger project that none of us anticipated.
These guys are the epitome of professional and customer focused. They said

While doing a routine tire pressure check on my EZGO golf cart I noticed a valve stem was severed on one of my front tires. I called many places most of which wanted me to come to them or charge me an expensive transport fee. I then looked into places that would come to me and do the repair at my home. I either did not receive a call back or their service charge was enormous due to my location. I wanted a family owned, small business and finally I contacted the right company for the job. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! My car had all 4 tires and rims stolen from a parking garage in Phoenix. I sent email to FasTire that night and Jose contacted me within an hour.
He sent me a selection of rims to choose from and Jose and Aaron were at the parking garage the next morning.
They parked outside of the garage, mounted new tires and rims and hauled everything up by elevator.
New tires, rims, lug nuts and sensors at a great price!

Called and spoke to Jose. He quoted me prices right on the spot, and explained everything clearly. They came out to my home quickly and repaired my tire perfectly. They did bring a new tire with them, so if patching wasn't possible they could replace it. Didn't try to do the up sell; fixed the tire quickly and professionally. Great service. Recommended highly!

I needed FAST SERVICE on a major holiday, Saturday 4th of July. I am a FT rideshare driver and got a flat late night on Friday 3rd. I drove home on a donut. Unfortunately, of all the Saturdays, it was Independence Day. No tire repair was available--not even at Walmart Auto or Firestone!!!
So, I I called around and discovered FasTire was available for service.
They drove their MOBILE UNIT to my downtown PHX apartment in under an hour to put a new tire on my car. They charged a fair fee. I was super happy with the reasonable pricing.

The fast service was awesome and I saved almost 100 bucks going with them I needed 4 new tires and my car was stranded he got to me less then a hour and was done with all my tires in 30 mins I will definitely recommend them to everyone . don't go to a tire shop and get ripped off just call them and they will come to you and you will be completely satisfied

Jose scheduled appointment to COME TO MY HOME 2 hours after I called! Got a new set of Firestones for my Van. Gave him a $45 tip and still saved over $200 versus Discount. I hate Discounts politics, I hate the 3+ hour long wait, I hate Discounts exorbitant prices. I LOVE TO SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS! Jose was courteous, professional and quick. (About 45 minutes) He comes to you and brings his trailer with his computer balancing system with him. BEST TIRE PURCHASE EVER!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

He and his partner did a fantastic job with my custom rim set and new tires, and when I had an issue with my TMPS the next day, Jose came out and got it sorted in minutes. I was a little skeptical at first. You don’t really see setups like this in Alabama!! So I wasn’t sure what to expect. But these are the real deal Holyfield’s. They brought out a truck FULLY EQUIPPED with everything you see at a normal tire shop. They were super fast, very professional, and ON TIME. They got my car hauler back up and going in less then an hour.

What a great concept for busy people. Jose and Aaron showed up on time, and completed my tire swaps in record time. They were friendly, courteous and very careful with my wheels, tires, and both of my cars that they worked on. I cannot say enough great things about these guys. It made me ask myself why I would put up with long waits at a conventional tire store ever again.

This is the best mechanic service I've had! Stranded with a flat tire, I called and spoke to Jose, amazing customer service. He texted directions to figure out the best tire for my prius. They arrived within a half an hour and it only took them about 9 minutes to repair the tire! It was a great price for the brand new tire plus the installation. Quick and phenomenal service. Will only get tire changes from these guys.

These guys will bring the tires (or repairs, balancing, etc.) right to your location and install or fix without your having to drive to a tire store and sit there for a couple of hours. That does it for me, but on top of that we've always gotten great service, the right tires, good prices, etc. I used to go to Discount or buy online (Tire Rack) but FasTire has them beat 100%.
