Hello. I would like to know before making actions moving here If you’re living downstairs do you hear steps of neighbors upstairs walking in their apartments? I’m asking because this is currently my problem in my current apartment. Loud steps and talking even at night snoring I clearly hear it coming from my neighbor upstairs really is annoying. People walking and talking outside our hallways are so loud through these apartment walls.

Only recieved a 1 star because 0 isn't an option. The problem isn't with the building, other than management taking more than 3 days to fix the secure door that makes our building secure, it with the management team. Had an issue with the ADVERTISED price and what we were being charged. SPRINGVIEW'S DIRECT WEBSITE stated 1775 for the Sequoia loft and they charged us 2000 and said we were in the oak loft. When brought to the leasing managers attention she agreed of a discrepancy and after corporate said there's nothing wrong with the sites ADVERTISED price she changed her tune to agree with them

I moved into Spring View Apts., Allentown a little over a month ago and I have absolutely no regrets. The 2 bedroom apartments are spacious with ample closet space and a bonus 1st level storage cage. The grounds, club house and amenities are well maintained and clean. The first staff I met were Kathleen and Katie. They were so helpful in making my transition from an out-of-state move go without a hitch. They promptly answered all of my emails and calls. Since moving in, I have found that every staff member from the front desk receptionists to the maintenance workers, have been friendly, courteous

I had a very positive experience living in the Spring View Apartments for three years. The leasing office and maintenance staff are great and the complex is well managed. My maintenance requests were always addressed promptly and Kathleen from the leasing office was always very quick to respond to my emails. I would definitely recommend living here!

We had a very positive experience living at Spring View Apartments for nearly 2 years. There were many luxury amenities included into the rent. The units had great sound insulation and were not noisy. The electronic Package Lockers were convenient and secure. The maintenance staff was quick to respond to work orders submitted through the resident portal.

Have lived in a one bedroom at Spring View now since the complex opened. It’s been a great experience from the location of the complex to the attentiveness of the staff. The leasing office does a fantastic job going out of their way to make you feel very welcomed. Although there have been some complaints about snow removal, the amount of snow we got was over 2ft, not sure what else they could have done. I’m sure they’ve learned how to react differently this winter. They always do!

Extremely pleased with the entire lease signing and move-in experience. I just graduated from college and moved during COVID-19, but the process went so smoothly you wouldn't have known! Of course some things are different due to the current pandemic, but the leasing agents have helped me out so much! They are very quick to respond and resolve problems. I was a little concerned I wouldn't get approved as a recent college graduate, but I qualified for competitive rates and secured my lease in the matter of a week. The location is great. Comfortable apartment complex with nice amenities. The office staff is easy to work with. However, the construction of the apartments itself leaves a lot to be desired. Cracks and actual holes around all of the baseboards. Paint that's not actually paint. I've never seen walls scuff so easily and they aren't able to be cleaned because the paint just chips off to bare wall. You can tell it was a rush job to get these built. The gym is nice feature wise, but often dirty and the majority of time one of the treadmills was broken.

I have lived at the Spring View Apartments since November of 2018, and have been very pleased with not only all of the amenities, but also the entire management staff and maintenance crew. Since the moment I moved in, Kathleen and the entire staff have made me feel at home and have been available whenever I have needed them. Maintenance is right on site and are generally very timely in their responses to any issues you may have. Complex is clean, weight room is great, and the pool during the summer months is a big plus. Overall very happy.
